The project is a response to the diagnosed problems of vocational schools in the area of vocational training in the zgorzelec district in relation to the needs of the labour market. The project is dedicated to pupils and teachers from the Sub-Basic Schools Team in Zgorzelec, the Vocational Schools Team in Bogatynia and the Special Educational and Educational Centre in Zgorzelec, for whom Zgorzelec County is the leading body. The main objective of the project is to improve the effectiveness of vocational training by increasing the professional competences of 169 pupils and 22 teachers and modernising the offer of education in cooperation with employers and the socio-economic environment. The result of the support will be the acquisition/increase by U of the competences, skills expected by employers of the local/regional labour market and modernising the education offer adapting the directions of education to the needs of the labour market – creating patronage classes in the deficit professions reported by employers. The main forms of support were the implementation of professional internships, specialised courses/training, scholarships, retrofitting of professional workshops, professional improvement N. All forms of support will be implemented in cooperation with employers and socio-economic environment. The project is at least neutral to the principle of sustainable development. (English)

    Projekt jest odpowiedzią na zdiagnozowane problemy szkół zawodnych w obszarze kształcenia zawodowego powiecie zgorzeleckim w powiązaniu z potrzebami rynku pracy. Projekt dedykowany jest uczniom i nauczycielom z Zespołu Szkół Ponadpodstawowych w Zgorzelcu, Zespołowi Szkół Zawodowych w Bogatyni i Specjalnemu Ośrodkowi Szkolno – Wychowawczemu w Zgorzelcu, dla których organem prowadzącym jest Powiat Zgorzelecki. Celem głównym projektu jest poprawa efektywności kształcenia zawodowego poprzez podniesienie kompetencji zawodowych 169 uczniów i 22 nauczycieli oraz modernizację oferty kształcenia we współpracy z pracodawcami i otoczeniem społeczno – gospodarczym. Efektem wsparcia będzie nabycie/podniesienie przez U kompetencji, umiejętności oczekiwanych przez pracodawców lokalnego/regionalnego rynku pracy oraz modernizacja oferty kształcenia dostosowująca kierunki kształcenia do potrzeb rynku pracy – tworzenie klas patronackich w zawodach deficytowych zgłaszanych przez pracodawców. Za główne formy wsparcia obrano realizację staży zawodowych, kursy/szkolenia specjalistyczne, stypendia, doposażenie pracowni zawodowych, doskonalenie zawodowe N. Wszystkie formy wsparcia będą realizowane przy współpracy z pracodawcami i otoczeniem społeczno – gospodarczym. Projekt jest co najmniej neutralny wobec zasady zrównowazonego rozwoju. (Polish)
