SUBJECT MATTER OF THE PROJECT: the development of the waterfront of the Oława River in Wrocław, including the construction of pavings of walkways, elements of small architecture, land equipment, lighting with plant robes and the economy of the stand – in order to give it a recreational function. As a result of the investment, the quality of life of inhabitants of the Oławskie ZAKRES housing estate will be improved: 1. selection of contractors and execution of construction works 2. activity inform.-promotion. The project covers the area of the left bank of the Oława river, in the area between the Oław Bridge and the Rakowiecki Bridge (South District,) divided into five sections A (21, 22 AM 2; 3/2, 39/5, 39/13 AM 6),B (4, 39/11, 39/12 AM 6),C (12/1, 12/2, 13, 27/1, 39/10, 39/5 AM 6),D (27/1, 28/3, 3/28, 4/ー, ー/ー, ー/ー, ا/SA, 4,Ï, Ï, LIES, LIES, Ï) 1, 2/3, 2/1 AM 7; 58 AM 11),E (58, 60/3, 61/24, 65/1, 65/3, 69/3, 69/5, 69/6 AM 11; 1 AM 20) with varying scope of work on each of them. On section A,D,E there will be construction works and greening, and on section B and C only works related to the development of river scarves The applicant is the Municipality of Wrocław, the ProJECT Executive Board of Urban Investments. Wrocław commune in the implementation of the project will be supported, as an organizational resource of the Municipality, Wrocławska Revitalisation Sp. z o.o. The Applicant and the Producer have the necessary facilities for organising.-techn. guaranteeing the correct implementation of the project. The area in which the project will be implemented is divided into sections, for each of them detailed technical and design documentation has been developed. During the preparatory work, a rich natural system was found in the Application Area. The basic objective of the project is minimal interference with existing nature. W wyniku realizacji inwestycji nastąpi poprawa jakości życia mieszkańców osiedla Przedmieście Oławskie ZAKRES: 1. wybór wykonawców i realizacja robót budowlanych 2. działania inform.-promoc. Projekt obejmuje obszar lewego brzegu rzeki Oławy, na terenie pomiędzy mostem Oławskim a mostem Rakowieckim (obręb Południe,) w podziale na pięć odcinków A (21, 22 AM 2; 3/2, 39/5, 39/13 AM 6),B (4, 39/11, 39/12 AM 6),C (12/1, 12/2, 13, 27/1, 39/10, 39/5 AM 6),D (27/1, 28/3, 28/4, 28/5, 28/6, 28/7, 37/17, 37/18, 37/30, 37/31, 38, 39/5, 39/8, 39/15, 39/16, 39/17, 39/18, 39/19, 40/1, 40/3, 40/4, 40/5, 41/1, 41/2 AM 6; 1, 2/3, 2/1 AM 7; 58 AM 11),E (58, 60/3, 61/24, 65/1, 65/3, 69/3, 69/5, 69/6 AM 11; 1 AM 20) o zróżnicowanym zakresie prac na każdym z nich. Gminę Wrocław w realizacji projektu wspierać będzie, jako zasób organizacyjny Gminy, Wrocławska Rewitalizacja Sp. z o.o. SPOSÓB WDRAŻANIA I REALIZACJI: Wnioskodawca i Realizator posiadają konieczne zaplecze organizac.-techn. gwarantujące prawidłową realizację proj. Obszar na którym realizowany będzie proj. podzielono na odcinki, dla każdego z nich opracowano szczegółową dokumentację techniczną i projektową. W czasie prac przygotowawczych stwierdzono występowanie bogatego systemu przyrodniczego na obszarze objętym Wnioskiem. Podstawowym założeniem projektu jest minimalna ingerencja w istniejącą przyrodę. Wszelkie rozwiązania techniczne mają na celu wpisanie się w kontekst przyrodniczy. (Polish)
