The project aims to increase the energy efficiency of the public utility building – MGOK in Więcbork and to reduce CO2 emissions entering the atmosphere as a result of heating this building. Realizacja projektu ma na celu zwiększenie efektywności energetycznej budynku użyteczności publicznej - MGOK w Więcborku oraz zmniejszenie emisji CO2 dostającego się do atmosfery w wyniku ogrzewania niniejszego budynku. Zakres prac termomodernizacyjnych obejmuje m.in. docieplenie ścian zewnętrznych z użyciem styropianiu, ocieplenie stropodachów materiałem ze styropapy, wymiana wybranych okien na nowe oraz wymiana wybranych drzwi zewnętrznych na nowe, modernizacja instalacji c.o. oraz kotłowni: wymiana kotła c.o. zasilanego olejem opałowym na piec zasilany biomasą (pellet) o mocy 150 kW, przeróbka rurociągów technologicznych. Szczegółowy zakres wszystkich prac dla budynku Miejsko-Gminnego Ośrodka Kultury w Więcborku obejmuje: wymianę instalacji odgromowej, drobne roboty elektryczne (wymiana opraw oświetleniowych i sygnalizatorów alarmowych), naprawę tynków, schodów z podestami, schodów zewnętrznych piwnicznych, murków piwnicznych, balustrad, kominów, wykonanie dwóch podjazdów dla niepełnosprawnych, wymianę części stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej wraz z montażem parapetów i wymianą krat zewnętrznych, ocieplenie ścian, ocieplenie dachu (stropodachu) wraz z wymianą wszystkich niezbędnych obróbek blacharskich, drobne roboty malarskie i budowlane, modernizację kotłowni (wymiana kotła) oraz utwardzenie terenu kostką betonową wraz z odprowadzeniem wód opadowych na teren własnej nieruchomości.
