The object of the project is a modernisation consisting of the reconstruction and extension of the existing facility in Kazin (heading no. 435/3, Ślesin district, Nakło nad Notecią) and transforming it into a Centre for Rural Activity together with accompanying infrastructure (use of the adjacent area and creating a playground). The works include construction and finishing works, electrical and sanitary works, changes in the functional layout of the premises, preparation of kitchen facilities, purchase of equipment (kitchen and hall equipment), adaptation to the needs of people with disabilities (implementation of the driveway). The area around the facility will be developed – a playground (including its fence, installation of playgrounds, rules of the playground), recreational facilities (battles, garbage baskets, elements of the necessary infrastructure such as pavements), where recreational activities for young people will take place in the framework of the youth club.As a result of the project, the building of the Centre for Active Rural Development, which is a public space, in which residents, especially young people, will be engaged in recreational activities in the youth club.As a result of the project, there will be a building of the Centre for Active Life, which is a public space in which residents, especially young people, will pursue their needs and young people in the field of recreational activities within the youth club.As a result of the project, there will be a building of the Centre for Rural Development, which will be a public space in which the residents, especially young people, will be able to achieve the needs of their children and young people in the youth club. Przedmiotem projektu jest modernizacja polegająca na przebudowie i rozbudowie istniejącego obiektu w miejscowości Kazin (działka nr 435/3, obręb Ślesin, gm. Nakło nad Notecią) i przekształceniu go na Centrum Aktywności Wsi wraz z infrastrukturą towarzyszącą (zagospodarowanie przyległego terenu i stworzenie placu zabaw). W zakresie prac przewidziano roboty budowlane konstrukcyjne i wykończeniowe, roboty elektryczne i sanitarne, zmiana układu funkcjonalnego pomieszczeń, przygotowanie zaplecza kuchennego, zakup wyposażenia (kuchennego oraz wyposażenie sali), dostosowanie do potrzeb osób niepełnosprawnych (wykonanie podjazdu). Wykonane zostanie oświetlenie zewnętrzne i ogrodzenie placu zabaw.Teren wokół obiektu zostanie zagospodarowany – plac zabaw (w tym jego ogrodzenie, instalacja urządzeń zabawowych, regulamin placu zabaw), miejsca do rekreacji (ławki, kosze na śmieci, elementy niezbędnej infrastruktury m.in. chodniki), gdzie będą odbywać się zajęcia rekreacyjne dla młodzieży w ramach klubu młodzieżowego.W wyniku projektu powstanie budynek Centrum Aktywności Wsi stanowiący przestrzeń publiczną, w której mieszkańcy, w szczególności dzieci i młodzież skupione w klubie młodzieżowym, będą realizować swoje potrzeby integracji społecznej, nabywanie kompetencji kluczowych i potrzeby rozrywkowe i kulturalne.Projekt wpisuje się w cel rewitalizacji – Poprawa zagospodarowania i funkcjonalności przestrzeni publicznej oraz rozwój infrastruktury służącej celom społecznym.
