These activities will contribute to the social activation of inhabitants of the village of Polanowice and the surrounding villages. Przedmiotem projektu jest przebudowa boisk sportowo-rekreacyjnych w Chełmcach i Polanowicach.Projekt jest zlokalizowany w województwie kujawsko-pomorskim, powiecie inowrocławskim na obszarze gminy Kruszwica.Celem bezpośrednim projektu jest aktywizacja mieszkańców poprzez zwiększenie partycypacji w życiu społecznym ludności zagrożonej wykluczeniem społecznym oraz rozwój dzieci i młodzieży.W tym celu niezbędne jest przeprowadzenie działań inwestycyjnych, w ramach, których planowane jest:- w Chełmcach - przekształcenie zniszczonego boiska trawiastego w dwa boiska – pierwsze wielofunkcyjne o nawierzchni poliuretanowej oraz drugie do piłki nożnej o nawierzchni ze sztucznej trawy. Ponadto w kompleksie pojawią się urządzenia siłowni zewnętrznej, elementy małej architektury, oświetlenie boisk oraz odwodnienie, a także utwardzenie terenu umożliwiające dotarcie do planowanych obiektów. Dodatkowo na terenie działki powstaną utwardzone miejsca postojowe dla samochodów osobowych (w tym także dla osób niepełnosprawnych). Powyższe działania przyczynią się do aktywizacji społecznej mieszkańców sołectwa Chełmce i okolicznych wsi.- w Polanowicach - przekształcenie placu o nawierzchni asfaltowej w boisko wielofunkcyjne o nawierzchni poliuretanowej. Ponadto w kompleksie pojawią się urządzenia siłowni zewnętrznej, elementy małej architektury, oświetlenie boisk oraz odwodnienie i ciąg pieszy umożliwiający dotarcie do planowanych obiektów. Powyższe działania przyczynią się do aktywizacji społecznej mieszkańców sołectwa Polanowice i okolicznych wsi. Po realizacji projektu planuje się organizację zajęć sportowo – rekreacyjnych dla wszystkich grup wiekowych, które przyczynią się do aktywizacji osób w wieku poprodukcyjnym, a także wpłyną na osoby z ubogich rodzin, korzystających ze środowiskowej pomocy społecznej, których nie stać na opłacenie treningów, czy też dojazd do profesjonalnych boisk lekkoatletycznych.
