The scope of the project includes the adaptation of Grudziądz granaries to the performance of cultural functions. As part of the project, granaries will be used for the creation of the Bread Museum. The Museum will be a permanent theme exhibition as well as an interactive character using modern visual technology. The scope of the project’s tasks is:1. Design documentation.2. Construction work.3. Equipment.4. Investor supervision.5. Indirect costs settled in a lump sum.The project concerns the transformation of the functional and utility layout of an existing building, but without significant damage to the construction elements.According to the concept of the Bread Museum, it will be based on three main pillars, which are connected by the main guideline, which is the history of the collection, storage and processing of cereal products. The following is a synthetic description of the purpose of the individual floors of the object: • On the “0” floor there will be an ethnographic exposition, presenting historical ways of collecting and processing cereals. • on the floor “-1” – there will be an exhibition showing the history of granaries in Grudziądz.• on the “-2” floor – there will be exhibitions presenting issues concerning products and tools of Grudziądz industrial-agricultural plants, whose processing was related to grain.• on the floor “-3” – there will be a cafe, a shop promoting cereal products and museums.     Zakres projektu obejmuje dostosowanie grudziądzkich spichlerzy do pełnienia funkcji na rzecz kultury. W ramach projektu spichlerze będą wykorzystane na potrzeby utworzenia Muzeum Chleba. Muzeum będzie miało charakter stałych wystaw tematycznych, jak również charakter interaktywny wykorzystujący nowoczesne zdobycze techniki wizualnej.Zakres zadań objętych projektem obejmuje:1. Dokumentację projektową.2. Roboty budowlane.3. Wyposażenie.4. Nadzór inwestorski.5. Koszty pośrednie rozliczane ryczałtem.Projekt dotyczy przekształcenia układu funkcjonalno – użytkowego istniejącego budynku, jednak bez znacznego naruszenia elementów konstrukcyjnych.Zgodnie z koncepcją Muzeum Chleba będzie opierało się na trzech głównych filarach, które są ze sobą połączone poprzez główną oś przewodnią, którą jest historia zbierania, przechowywania i przetwarzania produktów zbożowych.. Poniżej przedstawiono syntetyczny opis przeznaczenia poszczególnych kondygnacji obiektu: • na kondygnacji „0” będzie znajdowała się ekspozycja etnograficzna, przedstawiając historyczne sposoby zbierania i przetwarzania zbóż. • na kondygnacja „-1” - będzie znajdowała się wystawa obrazująca historię spichlerzy w Grudziądzu.• na kondygnacji „-2” – będą tutaj zorganizowane ekspozycje przedstawiające zagadnienia dotyczące produktów oraz narzędzi grudziądzkich zakładów przemysłowo –rolniczych, których przetwórstwo było związane z ziarnem.• na kondygnacji „-3” – na tej kondygnacji będzie znajdowała się kawiarenka, sklepik promujący produkty pochodzenia zbożowego oraz sklepik z pamiątkami muzealnymi adekwatnymi do tematyki muzeum.• na kondygnacji „+2” – na tej kondygnacji będzie znajdowała się m.in. wydzielona część edukacyjna z salą kinową.Projekt jest objęty pomocą publiczną. Projekt nie jest realizowany w partnerstwie.Całkowite nakłady inwestycyjne projektu pn. „Dostosowanie grudziądzkich spichlerzy do pełnienia funkcji na rzecz kultury” wynoszą 10 628 919,08 zł.
