The project consists of implementing actions leading to an increase in the level of competitiveness of the Applicant by introducing a new support service for the management of development activities in the human resources area of entities from the SME sector. The service will consist of a complete automation of the process of testing needs thanks to a specially developed intelligent needs analysis algorithm (on-line system) that takes into account the situation in a given department and job competences. On the basis of properly defined questions and answers and selection lists, the system will define the training needs of individual positions and at the same time, thanks to appropriate matching algorithms, it will generate development recommendations based on thematic modules dedicated to a given competence.In the second area (mertorial) the service will consist of automatic call of sales standard by telephone standard in terms of the development of work standards in individual positions in the enterprise, with particular emphasis on positions in sales departments, customer service, marketing and call center standard in distribution of elements. Access to all e-services will be implemented using a web browser and mobile clients. In the area of training creation, the system will allow to build training, measure knowledge and then automatically assign additional materials, which the employee should fix together with the notification of the dates of the classes. Projekt polega na realizacji działań prowadzących do podniesienia poziomu konkurencyjności Wnioskodawcy poprzez wprowadzenie nowej usługi wsparcia procesów zarządzania działaniami rozwojowymi w obszarze kadrowym podmiotów z sektora MSP. Usługa polegała będzie na całkowitej automatyzacji procesu badania potrzeb dzięki specjalnie opracowanemu inteligentnemu algorytmowi analizy potrzeb (w systemie on-line) uwzględniającego sytuację w danym dziale oraz kompetencje stanowiskowe. System na podstawie odpowiednio zdefiniowanych pytań i odpowiedzi oraz list wyboru będzie definiował potrzeby szkoleniowe poszczególnych stanowisk a jednocześnie dzięki odpowiednio dobranym algorytmom kojarzeniowym będzie generował rekomendacje rozwojowe w oparciu o moduły tematyczne dedykowane do danej kompetencji.W drugim obszarze (merytorycznym) usługa będzie polegała na automatycznym doradztwie w zakresie budowania standardów pracy na poszczególnych stanowiskach w przedsiębiorstwie, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem stanowisk w działach sprzedaży, obsługi klienta, marketingu oraz call center w podziale na elementy procesu sprzedaży np. standard wizyty handlowej, standard rozmowy telefonicznej, standard sprzedaży przez telefon. Dostęp do wszystkich e-usług będzie realizowany za pomocą przeglądarki internetowej oraz klientów mobilnych. W obszarze tworzenia szkoleń, system pozwoli na zbudowanie szkolenia, pomiaru wiedzy a następnie automatyczne przypisanie materiałów doszkalających, które dany pracownik winien utrwalić wraz z powiadamianiem o terminach zajęć.
