The subject of the project is the purchase of a specialised advisory service in order to develop a long-term, dedicated Development Strategy of Alu-Lids Sp. z o.o. on foreign markets. The development strategy will cover a period of 5 years. Its aim is to optimise the company’s export potential and gain a competitive advantage by entering selected foreign markets. Business strategy comprehensively addresses the company’s current activities in the context of its ability to enter new target markets. In addition to the comprehensive development strategy, it will also include a budget and a timetable for the strategic action on expansion by year. The main elements of this Development Strategy will be: • macroeconomic analysis and analysis of the competitiveness of the enterprise sector Applicants on selected target markets • preparation and development of communication and marketing strategy Applicants on foreign markets • strategy of distribution of WN products on foreign markets, including acquisition of business partners and development of sales on selected export markets • defining and preparing strategic actions for the company Applicant, which will also consist of a proposal for a timetable for real and financial implementation of assumptions concluded in the Strategy. The dedicated Strategy for the Development of Alu-Lids Sp. z o.o. will be addressed to the management of the company responsible first for the process of preparing the company for internationalisation, and then for implementing the activities envisaged therein. It will be a valuable source of knowledge and a determinant of the strategic activities necessary for the development of the export activity of Alu-Lids Sp. z o.o. The project foresees one task, which will result in the creation of this strategy.     Przedmiotem projektu jest zakup specjalistycznej usługi doradczej w celu opracowanie długoterminowej, dedykowanej Strategii Rozwoju firmy Alu-Lids Sp. z o.o. na rynkach zagranicznych. Strategia Rozwoju obejmować będzie okres 5 lat. Jej celem ma być optymalizacja potencjału eksportowego przedsiębiorstwa i zdobycie przewagi konkurencyjnej dzięki wejściu na wybrane rynki zagraniczne. Strategia biznesowa w sposób całościowy odnosić się do bieżącej działalności firmy w kontekście jej możliwości wejścia na nowe rynki docelowe. Oprócz kompleksowej strategii rozwoju, zawierać będzie również opracowany budżet i harmonogram działań strategicznych w zakresie ekspansji w podziale na poszczególne lata. Głównymi elementami omawianej Strategii Rozwoju będą: • analiza makroekonomiczna i analiza konkurencyjności sektora przedsiębiorstwa Wnioskodawcy na wybranych rynkach docelowych • przygotowanie oraz opracowanie strategii komunikacyjno-marketingowej Wnioskodawcy na rynkach zagranicznych • strategia dystrybucji produktów WN na rynkach zagranicznych w tym pozyskania partnerów biznesowych oraz rozwijania sprzedaży na wybranych rynkach eksportowych • określenie i przygotowanie działań strategicznych dla przedsiębiorstwa Wnioskodawcy, na które będzie się składać również propozycja harmonogramu rzeczowo-finansowego realizacji zwartych w Strategii założeń. Dedykowana Strategia Rozwoju firmy Alu-Lids Sp. z o.o. będzie adresowana do kadry zarządzającej przedsiębiorstwem odpowiedzialnej najpierw za proces przygotowania firmy do internacjonalizacji, a następnie za wdrożenie działań w niej przewidzianych . Będzie cennym źródłem wiedzy oraz wyznacznikiem działań strategicznych, koniecznych do rozwoju działalności eksportowej firmy Alu-Lids Sp. z o.o.
