The subject of the project is the energy modernisation of 9 buildings of the Provincial Hospital for Nervous and Psychically Sick in Lubiąż, including: a)warming of external bulkheads and providing the currently required heat resistance;b)exchange of windows into more tight;c) introducing controlled ventilation using vents;d)assembly of thermostatic perlators and valves and meters as components of the energy management system. In addition, it is envisaged to organise, within the framework of a contract with the contractor, training in the operation of energy management equipment/systems for permanent users of buildings (in order to achieve and maintain the expected energy savings). The implementation of activities included in the project in a comprehensive manner will ensure that the project objectives are achieved. The investment is comprehensive, i.e. it contains all the mandatory components: thermal retrofitting with the achieved minimum required energy savings in each building, energy management (assembly of thermostats, perlators and meters in each building) and the educational component (training) – refers to the criterion of the complexity of energy modernisation of the building. In total, the project will reduce the demand for heat by 10 910 GJ/year, resulting in an average energy saving for all buildings of 28.74 %, and will reduce the low emissions of greenhouse gases and dust into the atmosphere by more than 5 tonnes per year of particulate matter (PM 10 g/GJ: 5 018 600) and a CO2 reduction of 1036 tonnes/year. In each building, the saving of heat demand will be above 25 %.Beneficiary, Investor and Operator of the project is the Applicant. The project will be managed by a Project Team appointed by the Hospital Director. The project will be implemented in accordance with competition policy and public procurement. (English)

Realizacja projektu przebiegać będzie zgodnie z polityką konkurencji i zamówień publicznych. (Polish)
