The project concerns increasing the quantity and quality of products while reducing production costs and material intensity. The way to meet these needs and to solve the problems is the application of major changes in the production process, i.e. the use of units for fermentation and ageing of beer and a mobile device in the form of a triple application for cold hops (hopgun), to hop in flow (hopbuck) and to be used as a sediment filter for pouring worts from vardile to sediment vat. It is an innovative device that combines the functions of 3 devices separately available on the market. The planned solution is an innovation in the country scale is not known and used so far. The applicant has his own design of the device and an opinion on innovation. The choice of such technology is primarily justified by economic account and qualitative considerations. The purchase of the above equipment will also make it possible to create an innovative product, i.e. Sour Beer But with a cheremcha, no brewery created beer with the addition of this fruit. The project will be implemented in Wrocław, ul. Kwidzynska 6e, by Browar Profesja Sp. z o.o. The project will be carried out in the form of a construction order and purchase of the remaining equipment in the form of 2 tanks of so-called unitanacs. 40 hl and one zb. It’s 80 hl. All procedures for selecting the contractor will be based on the Implementing Institution’s guidelines in this respect. Brewery Profesja sp. z o. o. has an installation for the production of beer and rents a production hall in the long term, in which they will be placed newly purchased within the framework of this project. The experience gained in the implementation and settlement of 6 projects co-financed under the WD ROP guarantees the smooth implementation of the project by the brewery staff. (English)

    Projekt dotyczy zwiększenia ilości i poprawy jakości produktów przy jednoczesnym ograniczeniu kosztów produkcji i materiałochłonności. Drogą do zaspokojenia tych potrzeb i rozwiązania problemów jest zastosowanie zasadniczych zmian w procesie produkcji tj. zastosowanie unitanków do fermentacji i leżakowania piwa oraz mobilnego urządzenia w postaci zbiornika o potrójnym zastosowaniu do chmielenia na zimno (hopgun), do chmielenia w przepływie (hopbuck) oraz do wykorzystania jako filtr osadowy przy przelewaniu brzeczki z kadzi warzelnej do osadowej. Urządzenie to jest innowacyjne łączy bowiem w sobie funkcje 3 urządzeń dostępnych osobno na rynku. Planowane rozwiązanie jest innowacją w skali kraju nie jest znane i stosowane do tej pory. Wnioskodawca posiada własny projekt urządzenia oraz opinię o innowacyjności. Wybór takiej technologii uzasadniony jest przede wszystkim rachunkiem ekonomicznym, a także względami jakościowymi. Zakup ww. sprzętu umożliwi także stworzenie innowacyjnego produktu tj. piwa Sour Ale z Czeremchą, żaden browar nie stworzył piwa z dodatkiem tego owocu. Projekt realizowany będzie we Wrocławiu, ul. Kwidzyńska 6e, przez firmę Browar Profesja Sp. z o.o. Projekt realizowany będzie w formie zlecenia budowy urządzenia oraz zakup pozostałego sprzętu w postaci 2 zbiorników tzw. unitanków o poj. 40 hl oraz jednego zb. 80 hl. Wszystkie procedury wyboru wykonawcy oparte będą o wytyczne Instytucji Wdrażającej w tym zakresie. Browar Profesja sp. z o. o. posiada instalację do produkcji piwa oraz wynajmuje długoterminowo halę produkcyjną, w której umieszczone zostaną nowozakupione w ramach przedmiotowego projektu urządzenia.
