As part of the project, an analysis of skills, predispositions and occupational problems will be carried out among all participants, which will then enable the appropriate services and instruments of the labour market referred to in the Employment Promotion Act and labour market instruments to be selected.     Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia 384 (196K, 188M) osób młodych poniżej 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w Toruniu. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez 43% osób, z wyłączeniem osób niepełnosprawnych, długotrwale bezrobotnych oraz o niskich kwalifikacjach. W ramach projektu objęte zostaną osoby poniżej 30. roku życia zakwalifikowane do I profilu pomocy (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub II profilu pomocy (tzw. wymagające wsparcia). Zadania zaplanowane w projekcie: pośrednictwo pracy, doradztwo zawodowe, staże trwające średnio 6 miesięcy, szkolenia grupowe, szkolenia indywidualne, bony szkoleniowe, jednorazowe środki na rozpoczęcie działalności gospodarczej. W ramach projektu, wśród wszystkich uczestników przeprowadzona zostanie analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych, która pozwoli następnie dobrać odpowiednie usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w Ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instrumentach rynku pracy.
