The problem in the West Pomeranian Voivodship is 15.989 unemployed people up to 30 years old; 1.313 (707k), that’s unemployment. 1 year after graduation; 3.705 (1.994k) unqualified, 2.931 (1.528k) without a case; 924k – after the birth of a child without a job (cf. WUP Sz-n). The project will contribute to solving this problem. The objective of the project is to: by 30.04.2018 increase the employability of at least 30 young people by 29 without work, including in particular low-skilled people coming from rural areas, disabled and long-term unemployed who do not participate in education and training (so-called NEET youth) – target group of sub-measures No 1.2.2 POWER (excluding persons supported under sub-measure 1.3.1 POWER) in the metal-machine industry. We will make use of the many years of experience of ZCEMiP in cooperation with PUP – ami and WUP in Szczecin in the field of activation of unemployed people. The project will contribute to achieving the specific objective of POWER through comprehensive, high-quality support (participants will receive advisory support and psychologist support. — entity entered in the KRAZ database; they will complete or acquire new skills, competences and qualifications – training (welding in met. Problemem w woj. zachodniopomorskim jest 15.989 os. bezrobotnych do 30 roku ż.; 1.313 (707k), to bezrob. 1 rok po ukończeniu nauki; 3.705 (1.994k) bez kwalifikacji, 2.931 (1.528k) bez dośw. zaw.; 924k - po urodzeniu dziecka bez pracy (źr. WUP Sz-n). Projekt przyczyni się do rozwiązania tego problemu. Cel projektu, to: do 30.04.2018r. zwiększyć możliwość zatrudnienia min. 30 os. osób młodych do 29 r.ż. bez pracy, w tym w szczególności osób niskowykwalifikowanych, pochodzących z obszarów wiejskich, niepełnosprawnych i osób długotrwale bezrobotnych, które nie uczestniczą w kształceniu i szkoleniu (tzw. młodzież NEET) - grupa docelowa Poddziałania nr 1.2.2 POWER (z wyłączeniem osób wspartych w ramach Poddziałania 1.3.1 POWER) w przemyśle metalowo - maszynowym (zg. z Regionalnymi specjalizacjami woj. zachodniopomorskiego) poprzez realizację zindywidualizowanej ścieżki wsparcia szkoleniowo-zawodowego. Wykorzystamy dotychczasowe wieloletnie doświadczenie ZCEMiP we współpracy z PUP - ami i WUP w Szczecinie w zakresie aktywizacji osób bezrobotnych. Projekt przyczyni się do osiągnięcia celu szczegółowego POWER przez kompleksowe, wysokiej jakości wsparcie (uczestnicy otrzymają indyw. wsparcie doradcze i psycholog. - podmiot wpisany do bazy KRAZ; uzupełnią lub zdobędą nowe umiejętności, kompetencje i kwalifikacje - szkolenia (spawanie w met. MAG 136 oraz programowanie obrabiarek sterowanych numerycznie CNC) i doświadczenie zawodowe - trzymiesięczne staże zawodowe u pracodawców; profesjonalne pośrednictwo pracy nastawione na realizację konkretnego, założonego wskaźnika zatrudnienia w projekcie. Wsparcie umożliwi 30 osobom zdobycie potwierdzonych kwalifikacji, 15 osobom odbycie stażu i zdobycie doświadczenia w realnym środowisku pracy, czego ostatecznym celem jest ułatwienie osobom młodym dostępu do usług rynku pracy i możliwości znalezienia przez nich pracy - założony wskaźnik zatrudnienia w projekcie: 17 - 48% uczestników, w zależności od przynależności do konkretnej (Polish)
