Cel głównyWzrost szans na uzyskanie i utrzymanie zatrudnienia przez 65 uczestników projektu zamieszkujących woj. opolskie w wieku 18-29 l. (UP), w tym min 40 os. biernych zaw. - poprzez uzyskanie kwalifikacji lub nabycie kompetencjioraz doświadczenia zawodowego w zakresie wynikającym z IPD dzięki udziałowi w projekcie w okresie 01.11.2018- 31.03.2020 r.Wsparcie będzie obejmowało:Obligatoryjne:identyfikację potrzeb os. młodych pozostających bez zatrudnienia oraz diagnozę możliwości w zakresie doskonalenia zawod., w tym identyfikacjęstopnia oddalenia od r.pr. W ramach tego wsparcia dla każdego UP zostanie przygotowany Indywidualny Plan Działania (IPD)kompleksowe i indywidualne pośred. pracy i/lub poradnictwo zawodoweFakultatywne:indywidualne oraz grupowe wsparcie psychologiczne, motywacyjne oraz zwiększające umiejętności poruszania się po rynku pracyszkolenia których efektem będzieuzyskanie kwalifikacji (min.30% GD 20 os.) lub nabycie kompetencji potw. odpowiednim dokumentem (np.certyfikatem), każdorazowo weryfikowane przez przeprowadzenie odp. sprawdzenia np. egzaminu, dostosowane do aktualnych potrzeb na rynkupracystaże zawodowecoaching Projekt jest zgodny z CT8 i PI 8.ii, gdyż realizowane działania prowadzą do zwiększenia możliwości dostosowania osób bezrobotnych oraz biernych zawodowo do aktualnych potrzeb rynku pracy, czy też zdobycia doświadczenia. Projekt przyczynia się do osiągnięcia celów PO WER 2014-2020, gdyż poprzez udzielone wsparcie zwiększa możliwość zatrudnienia osób do 29 roku życia.W ramach proj. realizowane są typy projektu 1a i b, 2b i 3a dla Poddziałania 1.2.1 PO WER zgodnie z RK nr POWR.01.02.01-IP.19-16-001/18.Wnioskodawca jest Instytucja szkoleniową (Polish)
