The main objective of the project is to significantly improve the effectiveness, efficiency, quality of social assistance provided in the municipality of Racibórz, by implementing a new organizational model in the OPS in Raciborz, consisting of separation of administrative functions from social work and services performed by employees of the organisational unit with the aim of increasing the quality of customer service (petenta). The designation of common areas of cooperation in accordance with applicable legislation. The main objective of the project is compatible with the specific objective, i.e. strengthening the capacity of social inclusion institutions. The target group is the organizational unit of social assistance OPS in Raciborz and employees. The implementation of the project will contribute to achieving two key indicators established across the country, i.e. the number of organizational social assistance units, in which the tasks related to the conduct of administrative proceedings and the provision of social services-1 were separated by the ESF and the number of social assistance organizational units supported in order to change the organizational system-1 unit. Main tasks carried out under the project: change the functioning of the OPS by adjusting the facility (adaptation and equipment of premises, retrofitting of workplaces and premises), implementing a new OPS operating model by separating the position for first contact and three teams (social work, services and services awarded by decision) employment of 2 social workers within the project and implementation of social work and services according to the newly adopted and implemented OPS model (support-supervision for employees, new organisational regulations, work in the unit according to the new division of tasks). MIASTO RACIBÓRZ/OŚRODEK POMOCY SPOŁECZNEJ W RACIBORZU

Celem głównym projektu jest znaczna poprawa skuteczności, efektywności, jakości świadczonej pomocy społecznej w gminie Racibórz, przez wdrożenie nowego modelu organizacyjnego w OPS w Raciborzu, polegającego na rozdzieleniu czynności administracyjnych od pracy socjalnej i usług wykonywanych przez pracowników tut. jednostki organizacyjnej z nakierowaniem na wzrost jakości poziomu obsługi klienta (petenta). Wyznaczenie wspólnych obszarów współpracy zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami prawa. Cel główny projektu jest kompatybilny z celem szczegółowym tj. wzmocnienie potencjału instytucji działających na rzecz włączenia społecznego. Grupą docelową jest jednostka organizacyjna pomocy społecznej OPS w Raciborzu i pracownicy. Realizacja projektu przyczyni się do osiągnięcia dwóch kluczowych wskaźników założonych w skali całego kraju, tj. liczba jednostek organizacyjnych pomocy społecznej, w których w wyniku wsparcia EFS nastąpiło oddzielenie zadań związanych z prowadzeniem postępowania administracyjnego od wykonywania pracy socjalnej oraz świadczenia usług socjalnych-1 jednostka oraz liczba jednostek organizacyjnych pomocy społecznej objętych wsparciem w celu zmiany systemu organizacyjnego-1 jednostka. Główne zadania zrealizowane w ramach projektu: zmiana funkcjonowania OPS poprzez dostosowanie obiektu (adaptacja i urządzenie pomieszczeń, doposażenie stanowisk pracy i pomieszczeń), wdrożenie nowego modelu funkcjonowania OPS przez wyodrębnienie stanowiska ds. pierwszego kontaktu i trzech zespołów (pracy socjalnej, usług i świadczeń przyznawanych decyzją) zatrudnienie 2 pracowników socjalnych w ramach projektu i realizację pracy socjalnej i usług wg nowo przyjętego i wdrożonego modelu OPS (wsparcie-superwizja dla pracowników, nowy regulamin organizacyjny, praca w jednostce wg nowego podziału zadań-weryfikacja monitoring-raport-zalecenia).
