Celem proj.jest wzrost możl.zatrud.30 osób z gr.NEET(w tym 17 k.,13 m.)-zamieszk.w woj.małop-pow.o największ.udziale os.młodych bier.zaw.wśród mieszk,a jednocz.o najtrudn.dostępie do pracy w miastach/aglomer.Wsparcie będzie skier.do os.zamieszk.obsz.wiejskie poza ZIT oraz niepełnospr.Uczest.otrzymają ind. diagnozę swoich potrzeb,możl.i predysp,co przełoży się na oprac.IPD,w co będą angażowani na każdym etapie tworz.i aktualiz.Następnie otrzymają kompleks.i zindywidualiz.wsparcie doradcy zaw.i pośr.pracy oraz-zależ.od potrzeb-wsparcie motyw.i/lub psych.w budow.motywacji,poczucia włsnej sprawczości,sensu zmiany, a także kompetencji społecznych niezbędnych w pracy zawodowej. Uczestnicy wezmą udział w kursach i otrzymają kwalifikacje w zawodach deficytowych w powiatach, z których pochodzą w woj. małop.Następnie odbędą trzymiesięczny staż w tych zawodach.
