Na gościńcu kariery III stanowi kontynuację projektu o tej samej nazwie, wyróżnionego dobrą praktyką.Celem głównym jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia 24 osób młodych do 29 r. ż., zamieszkałych na terenie powiatów województwa małopolskiego: bocheńskiego, brzeskiego, dąbrowskiego, gorlickiego, limanowskiego, nowosądeckiego, Nowego Sącza, proszowickiego, tarnowskiego, Tarnowa i wielickiego, biernych zawodowo, nieuczestniczących w kształceniu i szkoleniu, w tym do 10 osób zamieszkujących obszary wiejskie położone poza ZIT oraz 14 młodych rodziców powracających do pracy po przerwie związanej z opieką nad dzieckiem.Działania projektu, realizowane 1.12.2017 do 31.01.2019, obejmują indywidualne wsparcie doradcze w zakresie budowania ścieżki rozwoju edukacyjno-zawodowego, szkolenia kompetencyjne i zawodowe, staże u pracodawców oraz pośrednictwo pracy.Szkolenia zawodowe (w zawodach deficytowych na rynku pracy) promowane w ramach projektu to: 1. Kurs instruktora sportu w dowolnie wybranej specjalności spośród następujących: narciarstwo zjazdowe, trener personalny, strzelectwo sportowe i bojowe, survival, samoobrona, wspinaczka skałkowa, pływanie. Czas trwania każdego z nich - 160 h, w tym 94 h praktyki. 2. Kurs do prac na wysokościach z wykorzystaniem technik i sprzętu alpinistycznego - 45 h, w tym 36 praktyki. Wszystkie szkolenia zakończone uzyskaniem poświadczenia kwalifikacji, akredytowane przez Małopolskiego Kuratora Oświaty (nr SEPZ-I.546.1.2017.GJ).Uczestnicy będą mogli wybrać zamiast szkoleń 6 miesięczne staże wysokiej jakości.W rezultacie działań projektowych przewidywane jest zdobycie kompetencji i kwalifikacji zawodowych przez co najmniej połowę uczestników. Co najmniej 43% uczestników projektu podejmie pracę po zakończeniu udziału w nim, a wśród uczestników projektu o niskich kwalifikacjach odsetek ten osiągnie co najmniej 48%.Realizatorzy projektu: Szkoła Górska - Niepubliczna Placówka Kształcenia Ustawicznego i Stowarzyszenie na Rzecz Rozwoju „Synergia”.
