Celem proj. jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudn. os.młodych poniżej 30 r.ż.pozostających bez pracy w pow.leżajskim. Głównym rezult. proj.będzie podjęcie zatrudn. przez 505 os. zarejestr.w PUP. W ramach proj. wsparciem objęte zostaną os.poniżej 30 r.ż., bez pracy, w tym osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, zarej. w PUP jako bezr., które nie uczestniczą w kształceniu i szkoleniu (tzw. osoby z kategorii NEET). W ramach proj., dla każdego z uczestn.przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zaw.poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspoz. i problemów zaw. danego uczestnika. Na tej pods. PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o prom.zatrudn.i instytucjach rynku pracy. Proj. realizowany będzie zgodnie z zasadami określonymi w Wytycznych w zakresie realizacji przedsięwzięć z udz. środków EFS w obszarze rynku pracy na lata 2014-2020.W przypadku gdy projekt przewiduje szkolenia są one zgodne ze zdiagnozowanymi potrzebami i potencjałem uczestnika projektu oraz zdiagnozowanymi potrzebami właściwego lokalnego lub regionalnego rynku pracy, a ich efektem jest uzyskanie kwalifikacji lub nabycie kompetencji w rozumieniu Wytycznych w zakresie monitorowania postępu rzeczowego realizacji programów operacyjnych na lata 2014-2020.Projekt wywrze pozytywny wpływ tj. istnieje zgodność projektu z zasadą zrównoważonego rozwoju, na rozwój ekonomiczny i społeczny społeczeństwa lokalnego poprzez: dostosowanie kwalifikacji, potrzeb os. do 29 r.ż do oczekiwań Pracodawców - rozwój gospodarczy, poprawę zatrudnienia os. do 29 r.ż w powiecie leżajskim, w tym zatrudnienia w zawodach "ginących" jak i "nowych", poprawę warunków życia otoczenia os. do 29 r.ż i wzrost ich satysfakcji, pozytywny wpływ na wizerunek lokalnych władz zajmujących się problemami społecznymi. The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in the region. Under the project, people under 30 will be supported without a job, including persons with disabilities, who are not involved in education and training (the so-called NEETs). As part of the project, for each participant, presenting a specific offer of activation incl. will precede the analysis of skills, predisposes and problems including a given participant. On this pod. The PUP will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments, as referred to in the Act on Promo. Jobs and Labour Market Institutions. The project will be implemented in accordance with the principles set out in the Guidelines for the implementation of ESF measures in the labour market area for 2014-2020.Where the project provides for training, they comply with the identified needs and potential of the project participant and the identified needs of the relevant local or regional labour market and result in obtaining qualifications or acquiring competences within the meaning of the Guidelines for monitoring the physical progress of the operational programmes for the years 2014-2020.The project will have a positive impact, i.e. there is a positive social impact, i.e. there is an economic compatibility of the project, i.e. the compatibility of the project with the principles set out in the Guidelines for the implementation of ESF measures in the labour market area for the period 2014-2020. adapting qualifications, needs by 29 to Employers’ expectations – economic development, improvement of employment by 29 in the district of Leżajska, including jobs in “dead” and “new” occupations, improvement of living conditions for people by 29 and an increase in their satisfaction, positive impact on the image of local authorities dealing with social problems.
