The aim of the project is to increase the employability of 220 young people aged 18-29 years without work, including persons with disabilities, registered at the District Labour Office in Białogard as unemployed, for whom a I or II profile of assistance has been established, who do not participate in education and training (the so-called NEET youth), as defined by NEET category under the Operational Programme Knowledge Education Development 2014-2020. Priority will be given to: — long-term unemployed; — persons with disabilities; —persons with low qualifications. The support provided in the project will be preceded by identification of the needs of a project participant through the development or updating of the Individual Action Plan, and its form will reflect its records and be adequate to the aid profile defined for the project participant. On this basis, the District Labour Office in Białogard will implement appropriately selected services and labour market instruments in the form of: intermediary of work and/or career guidance, traineeships, settlement vouchers, one-off measures for starting a business. The project envisages employability at the level of: — 43 % for participants not eligible for any of the following target groups; — 17 % for people with disabilities; — 48 % for low-skilled people; — 35 % for the long-term unemployed. POWIAT BIAŁOGARDZKI/POWIATOWY URZĄD PRACY W BIAŁOGARDZIE

Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia 220 młodych osób w wieku 18-29 lat bez pracy, w tym osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, zarejestrowanych w Powiatowym Urzędzie Pracy w Białogardzie jako bezrobotne, dla których został ustalony I lub II profil pomocy, które nie uczestniczą w kształceniu i szkoleniu (tzw. młodzież NEET), zg. z definicją osoby z kategorii NEET przyjętą w Programie Operacyjnym Wiedza Edukacja Rozwój 2014 -2020. Priorytetowo traktowane będą: - osoby długotrwale bezrobotne; - osoby z niepełnosprawnościami; -osoby z niskimi kwalifikacjami. Wsparcie udzielone w projekcie poprzedzone zostanie identyfikacją potrzeb uczestnika projektu poprzez opracowanie lub aktualizację Indywidualnego Planu Działania, a jego forma będzie odzwierciedleniem jego zapisów oraz adekwatna do profilu pomocy określonego dla uczestnika projektu. Na tej podstawie Powiatowy Urząd Pracy w Białogardzie realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy w formie: pośrednicwa pracy lub/i poradnictwa zawodowego, staży, bonów na zasiedlenie, jednorazowych środków na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej. Projekt przewiduje efektywność zatrudnieniową na poziomie: - 43% dla uczestników niekwalifikujących się do żadnej z poniżej wymienionych grup docelowych; - 17% dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami; - 48% dla osób o niskich kwalifikacjach; - 35% dla osób długotrwale bezrobotnych.
