Główny cel to zwiększenie w okresie jego realizacji poziomu kompetencji cyfrowych, w szczególności programowania, 256 nauczycieli edukacji wczesnoszkolnej w publicznych szkołach podstawowych na terenie M.Poznań, 4096 uczniów klas 1-3 tych szkół oraz 50 dodatkowych osób dorosłych.
