Świętokrzyską z dwupoziomowym skrzyżowaniem z torami kolejowymi, droga o kategorii Z 2/2 o dł. 1100 m, dwustronne buspasy, chodniki, ścieżka rowerowa, wiadukt nad torami kolejowymi, rozbudowa ul. Alei 1000-Lecia Państwa Polskiego w Białymstoku na odcinku od skrzyżowania z ul. Gen. St. Maczka i Gen. Wł. Andersa do terenu kolejowego przy ulicy Poleskiej, droga o kategorii G 2/2 o dł. 1979, dwustronne buspasy, ścieżka rowerowa, przebudowa ul. Jurowieckiej od ul. Ciepłej do ul. Poleskiej wraz z budową tunelu na potrzeby przeprowadzenia chodnika i ścieżki rowerowej przez nasyp kolejowy w ul.
