The project is not infrastructural – its products are not built-in. The products of the investment – multi-purpose vessels – will be exploited in the areas of territorial properties of the Maritime Offices in Szczecin and Gdynia, as well as, if necessary, throughout the Baltic Sea. The location of the operation determines the close link between the investments and safety of navigation on the approach tracks and in the seaports of Gdańsk, Gdynia, Świnoujście and Szczecin. The investment is one of the elements of building a system to improve port accessibility from the sea, increase navigation security and thus increase competitiveness and prestige of ports. In fact, the “Construction of two multi-purpose vessels” project covers the renewal of the fleet of Maritime Authorities and its functionality in relation to the tasks of its own offices. New multi-purpose vessels are planned. The investment will be implemented in the “design and build” formula – all necessary procedures resulting from shipbuilding regulations will be carried out by the Contractor. Projekt nie ma charakteru infrastrukturalnego – jego produkty nie mają charakteru wbudowanych. Produkty inwestycji – wielozadaniowe jednostki pływające - będą eksploatowane na obszarach właściwości terytorialnej Urzędów Morskich w Szczecinie i w Gdyni, jak również w razie potrzeb na całym akwenie Morza Bałtyckiego. Miejsce eksploatacji determinuje ścisły związek inwestycji z bezpieczeństwem żeglugi na torach podejściowych i na obszarze portów morskich w Gdańsku, Gdyni, Świnoujściu i Szczecinie. Inwestycja stanowi jeden z elementów budowy systemu poprawiającego dostępności portów od strony morza, wzrost bezpieczeństwa nawigacyjnego, a przez to wzrost konkurencyjności i prestiżu portów. W ujęciu rzeczowym projekt „Budowa dwóch wielozadaniowych jednostek pływających”, obejmuje swoim zakresem odnowienie floty Urzędów Morskich oraz zwiększenie jej funkcjonalności w odniesieniu do zadań własnych Urzędów. Planowana jest budowa nowych, wielozadaniowych jednostek pływających. Inwestycja zostanie zrealizowana w formule „zaprojektuj i wybuduj” – całość niezbędnych procedur wynikających z przepisów związanych z budową statków prowadzona będzie przez Wykonawcę. (Polish)
