In Europe, 35 000-40 000 people lose their lives as a result of drowning each year. Achieving the main objective of water rescue, which is aimed at reducing the number of people drowning, requires well-prepared professionals and specialised equipment. According to the Act of 09.03.2012 in Poland on 100 m of coastline there should be one rowing boat and one motor unit per 400 m coastline. Unfortunately, these requirements are not fulfilled on Polish beaches, which is due to the purchase price of such equipment, ranging from PLN 90 to 200 thousand, not including the cost of fuel and allowances, maintenance, servicing, hangaring, specialised means of transport of boats and appropriate waterfront preparation. The aim of the project is to develop and develop an electric (stream) Rescue Board with small dimensions and a weight not exceeding 22 kg, allowing the rescuer to travel with the rescuer at a speed of up to 25 km/h. This significantly reduces the time to reach the place of the event, which is one of the key elements of the rescue operation while saving the lifeguard force, so needed at the time of direct contact with the drowning person. Will the board be equipped with Pneumatic? A raft? – Yeah. Rescue by enabling the towing of 2 adults or keeping on water 8 people; LED position lighting enabling rescue operations in difficult weather conditions and at night; flashing light and acoustic signal signaling the rescue operation; 2 cameras enabling recording of the course of the rescue action (image radius close to 280 degrees); and so on. Pursuant to Article 25 of Regulation (EC) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain types of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ L. W Europie 35 000 – 40 000 ludzi traci życie w wyniku utonięcia każdego roku. Tratwe? Ratunkowa? umoz˙liwiaja?c holowanie 2 dorosłych oso´b lub utrzymanie na wodzie 8 oso´b; os´wietlenie pozycyjne typu LED umoz˙liwiaja?ce podje?cie akcji ratowniczej w trudnych warunkach pogodowych oraz w nocy; migaja?ce s´wiatło i sygnał akustyczny sygnalizuja?c podje?cie akcji ratunkowej; 2 kamery umoz˙liwiaja?cy rejestrowanie przebiegu akcji ratowniczej (promień obrazu bliski 280 stopni); itd. Zgodnie z art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz.
