Zakres projektu obejmuje: -modernizację parku zieleni położonego na działkach nr 2/2; 2/5 i 3/1 w mieście Lubawa przy zbiegu ulic Dworcowej i Gdańskiej w zakresie budowy ciągów pieszych z elementami małej architektury oraz zielenią po wyburzeniu budynku gospodarczego, rampy i starego ogrodzenia. Dodatkowo wybudowane zostanie oświetlenie parkowe przy chodnikach. Istniejąca inst.oświetleniowa zostanie rozebrana.Na terenie dz.nr 3/1 zbudowane będzie nowe ogrodzenie oraz zamontowana ścieżka przeszkód; - zagospodarowanie terenu przestrzeni publicznej na działkach nr 519, 645, 646, 654, 655/1, 653/3, 657 obr.ew.3 wzdłuż ulicy Spichlerzowej i Biskupiej. Na terenie objętym projektem planuje się kompleksowe przekształcenie przestrzeni publicznych obejmujące zmiany funkcjonalne w południowo - wschodniej części Starego Miasta w obrębie średniowiecznych murów miejskich obejmujące zmiany funkcjonalne związane z ograniczeniem ruchu samochodowego, przebudowę nawierzchni, zagospodarowanie elementami małej architektury i zagospodarowanie przestrzeni zielenią, rozbiórkę istniejącej instalacji oświetleniowej, budowę nowych instalacji oświetleniowych przestrzeni publicznych, budowę sieci i przyłączy kanalizacji deszczowej, budowę monitoringu. Cały teren przewidziany do realizacji projektu jest objęty Lokalnym Programem Rewitalizacji gminy miejskiej Lubawa w ramach Ponadlokalnego programu rewitalizacji sieci miast Cittaslow. Zagospodarowanie omawianego fragmentu miasta ma służyć jego rewitalizacji społecznej. Zgodnie z celami zapisanymi w SZOP Osi VIII "Obszary wymagające rewitalizacji" Działanie 8.1 zostaną poprawione funkcje społeczne rewitalizowanej przestrzeni, nastąpi promowanie włączenia społecznego co posłuży uzyskaniu lepszej jakości życia społeczności z obszaru rewitalizowanego. Inwestorem jest Gmina Miejska Lubawa mieszcząca się przy ul. Rzepnikowskiego 9 A, 14-260 Lubawa. Wykonawcy robót zostaną wyłonieni w dwóch postępowaniach przetargowych w trybie ustawy PZP (Polish)

The scope of the project includes: — modernisation of the green park located on plot No 2/2; 2/5 and 3/1, in the city of Lubawa at the confluence of the street streets and Gdansk in the area of construction of pedestrian areas with small architectural features and followed by the demolition of the economic building, ramps and old fencing. In addition, parking lights will be built. The existing lighting operation shall be brought together. within the room 3/1, a new fence will be built and an obstacle path is mounted; Development of land areas on plots Nos 519, 645, 646, 654, 655/1, 653/3, 657 obr.o 3 along “Spichke” and “Biskemwither”. Within the project area, a comprehensive transformation of public spaces is planned, with functional changes in the Eastern part of the Old Town of the city in medieval urban walls involving functional changes linked to the reduction of the car traffic, upgrading of the pavement, building of small architectural features and fitting-out of the area, demolition of the existing lighting installation, construction of new lighting installations for public spaces, construction of new lighting networks and connections for rainwater drainage, construction of monitoring. The whole area envisaged for the project is covered by the Local Rehabilitation Programme of the municipality of Lubawa as part of the supra-local programme for the regeneration of the urban network Cittaslow. The aim of this part of the city is to revitalise the city. In line with the objectives of the Osi VIII ‘Areas for Regeneration’, Action 8.1 will improve the social functions of the regenerated space, promote social inclusion in order to improve the quality of life of the communities in the regenerated area. The investor is the Municipality of Lubawa, located at ul. Rzepnikowski 9A, 14-260 Lubawa. The works contractors will be selected in two tender procedures in accordance with the Public Procurement Act. (English)
