Projekt zakłada upowszechnienie edukacji przedszkolnej w Gminie Smętowo Graniczne dla dzieci w wieku 3-5 lat poprzez utworzenie 20 dodatkowych, trwałych, miejsc wychowania przedszkolnego w OWP w Smętowie Granicznym filia w Kopytkowie z jednoczesnym podniesieniem jakości edukacji przedszkolnej poprzez rozszerzenie oferty edukacyjnej oraz realizację zajęć ukierunkowanych na rozwój kompetencji kluczowych niezbędnych na rynku pracy. Ponadto projekt przewiduje wsparcie dla 4 n-li w zakresie doskonalenia umiejętności i kompetencji zawodowych w zakresie zdiagnozowanych potrzeb edukacyjnych dzieci. Powyższe cele zostaną zrealizowane do 31.07.2018 roku poprzez realizację następujących celów szczegółowych: a)w celu utworzenia dodatkowych miejsc wychowania przedszkolnego: -adaptacja istniejących pomieszczeń bazy oświatowej na potrzeby funkcjonowania nowej grupy przedszkolnej -zakup niezbędnego wyposażenia i pomocy dydaktycznych -zatrudnienie dodatkowego nauczyciela i asystenta dla nowej grupy przedszkolnej b)w celu podniesienia jakości edukacji przedszkolnej realizację: -dodatkowych zajęć rozwijających kompetencje kluczowe dzieci -dodatkowych zajęć dla dzieci o specjalnych potrzebach edukacyjnych -szkoleń dla n-li w zakresie zdiagnozowanych potrzeb edukacyjnych dzieci. Założenia proj. są wynikiem przeprowadzonej dogłębnej analizy wychowania przedszkolnego pt. "Diagnoza stanu edukacji przedszkolnej w Gminie Smętowo Graniczne" przyjętej zarządzeniem Wójta Gminy Smętowo Graniczne nr 23/2016 z dnia 31.03.2016r. „W sprawie wyłonienia placówek edukacji przedszkolnej, które będą objęte wnioskiem projektowym w ramach Działania 3.1. Edukacja Przedszkolna RPO Województwa Pomorskiego na lata 2014-2020 ( RPO WP 2014-2020)”, która obejmuje faktyczne i prognozowane zapotrzebowanie na usługi edukacji przedszkolnej w Gminie. Proj. wynika z dokumentów strategicznych Gminy, postulatów środowisk społecznych, n-li oraz rodziców dzieci uczęszczających do przedszkoli w gminie Smętowo Graniczne. (Polish)

The project involves the generalisation of pre-school education in the Gmina Smentowo Grana, for children between 3 and 5 years old, through the creation of 20 additional, durable, pre-school places in the PLO Smale, with a branch in Copytków while enhancing the quality of pre-school education through the extension of the educational offer and the provision of activities aimed at developing the key competences necessary for the labour market. In addition, the project provides support for 4 n-ly for the improvement of skills and professional competences for children’s diagnosed educational needs. The above objectives will be achieved by 31.07.2018 through the following specific objectives: (a) for the creation of additional pre-school places: — the adaptation of the existing educational base to the new pre-school group — purchase of necessary equipment and teaching aids — Recruitment of an additional teacher and assistant for a new pre-school group b) in order to improve the quality of pre-school education: — additional activities in developing children’s key competences — additional activities for children with special educational needs -training for n-li in the diagnosis of children’s educational needs. The reasons for the request are the result of an in-depth analysis of the pre-school education: “Diagnosis of the state of pre-school education in the Gmina Smentowo Grana”, adopted by Order No 23/2016 of the mayor of Smentowo Grazny No of 31.03.2016. “The establishment of pre-school education facilities to be covered by a project proposal under Action 3.1. Pre-primary education for the Pomorskie Province ROP 2014-2020 (ROP PP 2014-2020), which includes the actual and projected demand for pre-school education in the municipality. The proj derives from the Municipality’s strategic documents, the demands of the community, the n-li and the parents of the children attending the kindergarten in the municipality of Smale. (English)
