Kritickým faktorem naplňování a udržení konkurenční výhody se v posledních letech stávají v čím dál větší míře kompetence lidských zdrojů. Což v dnešní době nabývá na významu v souvislosti s převyšující poptávkou na trhu práce, zejména v technických oborech. Hlavním cílem projektu je tedy zvyšování úrovně odborných (technických i jazykových) znalostí jakož i měkkých (manažerských) dovedností stávajících zaměstnanců společnosti. (Czech)

In recent years, the critical factor in achieving and sustaining a competitive advantage is increasingly becoming a human resource. This is all the more important as demand on the labour market is increasing, particularly in the technical fields. The main objective of the project is therefore to increase the level of professional (technical and linguistic) knowledge as well as the soft (managerial) skills of existing employees of the company.
