    Projekt směřuje svou náplní a plánovanými činnostmi k nabídce řešení v oblasti malé a střední produkce vína zaměřeného na biologického činitele. V současnosti převládající způsob výroby spočívá v eliminaci přirozeného mikrobiálního společenstva, které se do moštu dostane zpracováním hroznů, a následné inokulaci dováženými preparáty sušených vinařských kvasinek. Původní společenstva přítomná na hroznech obsahují vinařsky užitečné zástupce kvasinek. Cílem projektu je doplnit nabídku produktů. a. (Czech)

    The project aims at its content and planned activities to offer a solution in the area of small and medium production of wine for biological agents. At the moment the predominant method of production is the elimination of the natural microbial assemblage that will result from the processing of the grapes and the subsequent inoculation of dried yeast wine products from imported preparations. The indigenous communities present on the grapes contain a wine useful representative of the yeast. The project aims at complementing the supply of products. (English)
