Vzrůstající počet osob předdůchodového věku a nesoulad jejich vzdělání a poptávky trhu práce vede ke zvyšující se nezaměstnanosti těchto osob. Realizací projektu pomůžeme snížit počet osob nezaměstnaných a evidovaných na ÚP ve věku 50-64 let. Poskytneme jim potřebné vzdělání vzhledem k požadavkům regionálních zaměstnavatelů v Libereckém kraji a umístíme úspěšné absolventy kurzu do zaměstnání. Cílem projektu je propojit nabídku a poptávku trhu práce. (Czech)

The increasing number of pre-pensionable persons and the mismatch between their education and labour market demands lead to an increase in the unemployment of these people. The implementation of the project will help reduce the number of people unemployed and registered to the Office at the age of 50-64. We will provide them with the education they need, given the demands of regional employers in the Liberec region and place the success of course graduates into employment. The aim of the project is to connect the supply and demand of the labour market. (English)
