OUR SCHOOL WITH THE WORKSHOP SYSTEM IN THE PROJECT INVESTS ON THE INVOLVEMENT OF ITS STUDENTS IN AN ACTIVE AND CREATIVE PROCESS TO BUILD THEIR FUTURE. WE HAVE, FOR SOME TIME, TO HEAR FROM THE REQUIREMENT THAT THERE SHOULD BE NO SPACES AND WORKING TIME IN SCHOOL AND IN THE COURSE OF SCHOOL IN WHICH STUDENTS CAN REDISCOVER THE DESIRE FOR TRAINING FOR THEIR GROWTH AND THEIR DEVELOPMENT BY THEIR OWN DEVELOPMENT AND THEIR DEVELOPMENT BY PERSONS WHO, ON THE OTHER HAND, WISH TO OFFER LOPPORTUNIT TO LIVE THE SCHOOL IN AN ACTIVE AND CONSTRUCTIVE WAY AS AN AREA WHERE TO KNOW EACH OTHER AND TO LIAISE WITH OTHERS WITHOUT FEAR OF BEING HEARD. THERE WOULD BE A BREACH OF A NON-PI FORMAL APPROACH FOCUSING EXCLUSIVELY ON FACE-TO-FACE TEACHING AND THE TRANSIT TO A TEACHING APPROACH BASED ON THE MANAGEMENT OF RELATIONSHIP DYNAMICS AND GRUPPLI AND THE REFLECTION PROCESSES.
