Przedmiotem projektu jest przygotowanie terenów inwestycyjnych dla rozwoju przedsiębiorczości MSP w gminie Gromadka. Projekt zakłada uporządkowanie i uzbrojenie terenu po byłej bazie wojsk radzieckich w celu stworzenia warunków rozwoju MSP. Inwestycja zlokalizowana jest na terenie gminy Gromadka w powiecie Bolesławieckim, województwo dolnośląskie. Inwestycja prowadzona będzie na zdegradowanych terenach powojskowych, dawnej bazy lotniczej wojsk radzieckich. Aktualnie teren bazy jest nieużywany i dysfunkcyjny, albowiem nie pełni żadnych istotnych pierwotnych funkcji. Projekt ma na celu nadanie terenowi nowych funkcji użytkowych. Lokalizacja inwestycji stanowi teren objęty Obszarem Strategicznej Interwencji, Zachodni Obszar Interwencji (ZOI). Zgodnie z planem zagospodarowania przestrzennego gminy Gromadka teren inwestycji określony jest jako „ tereny obiektów produkcyjnych, baz, składów, magazynów”. (wypis z pzp stanowi załącznik nr 1 do studium wykonalności). Zewnętrzna infrastruktura komunikacyjna umożliwia swobodny dostęp do terenu inwestycji. Decydują o tym: - bliskość autostrady A4 nowooddany zjazd/wjazd na autostradę bezpośrednio z obszaru terenów inwestycyjnych gminy i LSSE, - w odległości około 3km od w/w znajduje się węzeł autostrad A4 i A18 - opisane w rozdz. 1.2. przebieg linii kolejowych oraz sieć dróg powiatowych i gminnych, - wyposażenie terenu w wewnętrzne drogi o nawierzchni betonowej. Opisane wyżej elementy infrastruktury drogowej stanowią o wysokim poziomie dostępności komunikacyjnej terenu inwestycji Więcej informacji w zakresie dostępności komunikacyjnej obszaru inwestycji zawarto w rozdziale 1.3 studium wykonalności. Grupą docelową projektu są małe i średnie przedsiębiorstwa, którzy na obszarze stanowiącym teren inwestycji, w wyniku realizacji projektu uzyskają lepsze warunki rozwoju i prowadzić będą na tym terenie działalność gospodarczą, przynajmniej w okresie trwałości projektu. The project consists of the preparation of investment sites for the development of SME entrepreneurship in the municipality of Gromada. The project involves cleaning up and arming the land following the former Soviet military base in order to create conditions for the development of SMEs. The investment is located in the municipality of Gromka in the district of Bolesławiecki, Dolnośląskie Province. The investment will take place in military degraded areas, the former Soviet military base. The database is currently unused and dysfunctional, since there are no essential primary functions. The project aims at giving a new functionality to the field. The location of the investment is the area covered by the Strategic Intervention Area, the Western Intervention Area (ZOI). According to the urban development plan of the municipality, the investment site is defined as ‘areas of production facilities, depots, warehouses, warehouses’. (the appp is attached as Annex 1 to the Feasibility Study). The external communication infrastructure shall allow free access to the investment site. They shall decide on the following: — the proximity of the motorway A4 of the newly returned motorway/entry to the motorway directly from the investment sites of the municipality and the SSE, within a distance of approximately 3 km from the w/w is the motorway node A4 and A18 described in the section. The 1.2th line of the railway and the network of district and municipal roads, — the fitting of an internal road with concrete pavement. The road infrastructure elements described above represent a high level of communication accessibility for the investment area. more information on the accessibility of the investment area is included in chapter 1.3 of the feasibility study. The target group of the project is small and medium sized enterprises, which, in the area which is an investment area, will have better conditions for development as a result of implementing the project and will have an economic activity in the area, at least during the lifetime of the project.
