    SKP HOPO je od r. 1999 stabilní součástí sítě sociálních služeb na území HMP. Slabou stránkou a potencionální hrozbou je nedostatečné diverzifikování finančních zdrojů a velká závislost na veřejných zdrojích. Projekt toto řeší spolu s dalšími oblastmi: strategie, FR, lidské zdroje, PR, kvalita služeb, ve kterých má SKP HOPO rezervy a potenciál pro další růst, zkvalitnění služeb a zvýšení důvěryhodnosti vůči veřejnosti, státnímu i soukromému sektoru.     SKP HOPO has been a stable part of the social services network on the territory of HMP since 1999. The lack of diversification of financial resources and the high dependence on public resources are a weakness and potential threat. This project, together with other areas: strategies, FR, human resources, PR, quality of services in which the CPA HOPO has provisions and potential for further growth, improved service quality and credibility towards the public, the private sector and the private sector.
