Proj. przewid. realizację indywid. i jakość.usług na rzecz bezpośred.wsparcia 1000 stud.(667k/333m) UŁ na rynku pr.,co skutkuje wzrostem indyw.usług poradnictwa zawod.w ABKZ UŁ o min.20%(KD12). Zasadniczą część proj.stanowi indywid.doradztwo zaw.z diagnozą komp. skierowane do 100%os.w formie obligator.(min.3h) W przypadku potrzeby dalszego wsparcia dor. nieobligator.(min.2h).Po dorad.zaw.os. może zostać skierowna na dodatkowe formy wsparcia tj. doradztwo ds. przedsięb.lub coaching/mentoring. Indywid.doradztwo ds.przedsięb. i warsztaty kszt. komp. przedsięb. dla 150os.(100K/50M). W wyniku pośred. pr.prowadzonego przez ABKZ UŁ jako agencję pr. 300 os.(200K/100M) będzie można skorzystać ze wsparcia w momecie zatrudnienia (do 3mcy) w postaci coach. i mentor.(KD5,KD10). Uczest. przy uzasadnieniu syt.może skorzystać ze wszystkich ścieżek, jeśli zapewni to efektywność na rynku pr. Wsparcie będzie odnosiło się do efektów kszt. na danym kierunku, co pozwoli na przygotow. do wejścia na rynek pr. na stanowisku pr., na którym będzie możliwe wykorzystanie wiedzy,postaw,kompet.uzyskanych w toku studiów (KD6). Zapewni się indyw.wsparcie tj. dostosowanie ścieżki,treści,metod pr. do możliwości,predyspozycji,oczekiwań,potrzeb,sytuacji na rynku pr.,perspektywy zawod. Po udziale w proj. ucz. przejdzie monitoring karier, który zweryf. wpływ wsparcia tj. podjęcie zatrudnienia/kształcenia (KD11). Ww. elemeny umożliwią stworzenie kompleksowego syst. wsparcia. Podniesienie kompet. pracow. ABKZ UŁ (KD9)i kontynuacja zatrudnienia nowych pracow, tj. doradcy zaw., doradcy ds. przedsięb.,coacha zaw.(KD8) umożliwi wdrożenie stałej oferty.Wzrośnie znaczenie ABKZ UŁ i jego wpływ na jakość kszt.-m.in. prakt.el.kszt, jakość kszt. (KD7). Do zad. zostanie włączony samorz. stud (warszt.) i NGO/organiz.pracod. (pośred.prc, prom.)(KP4-5). W wyniku proj. 45% os.(450os/297K/153M) podejmie zatrudnienie/kszt. w ciągu 6 mcy od zakończ. kszt. (KD14,KP6). Wartość proj.nie przekracza 2,5 mln (Polish)

As a result of an intermediate act carried out by the ABKZ UŁ as an agency of pr. 300 (200K/100M) will be able to benefit from support for the employment of up to 3 m in the form of coaching and to the mentor. (KD5, KD10).If you are responsible, you will be able to use all the paths if this is to ensure efficiency in the market. The support will relate to the effects of the fish in the direction in question, which will allow preparing for the entry on the market of the pr. of knowledge, attitudes, competences obtained in the course of studies (KD6). It will be provided with support, i.e. to adapt the path, the content, the methods to be used, the expectations, needs, the situation in the market, the outlook.After enrolment in the student, she will undergo monitoring of careers that will be verified by the impact of support, i.e. employment/education (KD11). The above elements will enable the creation of a comprehensive system of support. Increase of the skills of the worker. ABKZ UŁ (KD9) and the continuation of employment of new work, i.e. advisor, business adviser., coacha zw. (KD8) will enable the implementation of the standing offer. (KD7). To d. will be engaged in spontaneous Stud (wszt.) and NGO/organiz.employed. (intermediary, ferry.) (KP4-5).As a result of proj. 45 % of the carcass (450os/297K/153M) will be taken within 6 m of the end of the wick. (KD14, KP6). The pro.value does not exceed 2,5 million (English)
