Celem projektu jest podniesienie jakości usług administracyjnych istotnych dla prowadzenia działalności gospodarczej (w obszarach podatków i opłat oraz zarządzania nieruchomościami), świadczonych przez 5 miast w Małopolsce, w okresie 24 miesięcy realizacji projektu.Grupę docelową projektu stanowią Miasta Andrychów, Chrzanów, Limanowa, Nowy Sącz i Wadowice oraz 178 pracowników/czek tych JST (149 K, 29 M) zajmujących się podatkami i opłatami lokalnymi oraz nieruchomościami. Pracownicy/czki zostaną objęte wsparciem szkoleniowym, doradczym oraz techniczno-wdrożeniowym.Główne zadania:- - szkolenia specjalistyczne obejmujące tematykę prawną związaną z obszarem podatków i opłat oraz zarządzania nieruchomościami, - szkolenia ogólne, w tym dotyczące zagadnień horyzontalnych, przekładające się na poprawę obsługi przedsiębirców i łatwiejszy dostęp do informacji publicznej; - Elektronizacja i wdrożenie rozwiązań usprawniających obsługę podatkową;- Elektronizacja i wdrożenie rozwiązań usprawniających zarządzanie nieruchomościami.Szczegółowe działania projektu są ukierunkowane zarówno na zniwelowanie braków kompetencyjnych i zarządczych, jak i sprzętowych. Dzięki planowanym szkoleniom specjalistycznym i ogólnym pracownicy będą lepiej przygotowani do świadczenia usług na rzecz przedsiębiorców i mieszkańców. Wdrożenia i zakupy pozwolą na usprawnienie procesów, które dedykowane są klientom.Rezultaty proj. - podniesienie kompetencji kadr urzędów JST, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem kobiet w zakresie szkoleń obejmujących wiedzę specjalistyczną oraz zarządczą, przyczynią się do zmniejszenia dysproporcji pomiędzy odsetkiem kobiet zatrudnionych w urzędach JST i odsetkiem kobiet zajmujących stanowiska kierownicze w tych urzędach, a dzięki temu przyczynią się do zmniejszenia barier równościowych w obszarze realizacji proj. Projekt jest wrażliwy na potrzeby osób z niepełnosprawnościami - zarówno na etapie rekrutacji, jak i realizacji zadań.Projekt realizuje szczegółowe cele PO WER. (Polish)

The workers/members will be supported by training, advisory and technical-implementation tasks. main tasks: — — specialised training covering legal issues relating to the area of taxes and charges and management of real estate, — general training, including on horizontal issues, translating into improved user services and easier access to public information; — electronics and the implementation of tax servicing solutions; — electronics and the implementation of solutions improving real estate management. the project’s specific actions are aimed at both closing the gaps in competence and management and in terms of equipment. Through the training of specialised and general staff, staff will be better equipped to deliver services to entrepreneurs and residents. Implementation and purchases will improve the processes which are dedicated to the client. The increase in the competence of the JTS staff, with a particular focus on women in expertise and management training, will help to reduce the gap between the proportion of women employed in the JST offices and the proportion of women in management posts in these offices and will help to reduce barriers of equality in the implementation of Proj. The project is sensitive to the needs of persons with disabilities, both in the recruitment and execution phases. the project is implementing the specific objectives of the OP KED. (English)
