Celem głównego projektu jest zwiększenie, do 31.09.2018 roku, kompetencji 325 przedstawicieli kadry kierowniczej i pracowników systemu oświaty ze 107 wielkopolskich JST w obszarze podnoszenia jakości usług oświatowych i wspomagania szkół w zakresie kompetencji kluczowych uczniów.Projekt w sposób bezpośredni przyczyni się do osiągnięcia wskazanego celu szczegółowego PO WER tj. poprawa funkcjonowania i zwiększenie wykorzystania systemu wspomagania szkół w zakresie kompetencji kluczowych uczniów niezbędnych do poruszania się na rynku pracy (ICT, matematyczno-przyrodniczych, języków obcych), nauczania eksperymentalnego, właściwych postaw (kreatywności, innowacyjności, pracy zespołowej) oraz metod zindywidualizowanego podejścia do ucznia poprzez:przeszkolenie ww. przedstawicieli JST,przeprowadzenie zindywidualizowanych usług doradczych,organizację spotkań w środowisku lokalnym JST dot. problemów i potrzeb systemu oświaty oraz oczekiwań lokalnego środowiska,prowadzenie sieci współpracy dla przedstawicieli JST na platformie www.doskonaleniewsieci.pl,zakończone opracowaniem lokalnego planu podnoszenia jakości usług oświatowych oraz wspomagania szkół w zakresie kompetencji kluczowych uczniów dla każdego JST.Wsparciem objęte będą wielkopolskie Jednostki Samorządu Terytorialnego oraz ich przedstawiciele tj. 325 osób z następujacych grup:osoby odpowiedzialne za podejmowanie decyzji zarządczych w samorządzie w zakresie spraw oświatowych, tj. prezydenci, burmistrzowie, starostowie i wójtowiepracownicy operacyjni realizujący zadania z zakresu oświaty w JST, tj. dyrektorzy/naczelnicy wydziałów oświaty, inspektorzy ds. oświaty, skarbnicy, pracownicy zajmujący się planowaniem finansowym i analizami budżetowymi oraz pracownicy zespołów ekonomiczno- administracyjnych szkół, radni z komisji oświaty. The main project aims at increasing, by 31.09.2018, the competence of 325 executives and employees of the education system of 107 large Polish executives in the area of enhancing the quality of educational and supporting schools for key learners. the project will directly contribute to the specific objective of OP KED, i.e. to improve the functioning and use of the school support system for the competences of the key students required to move to the labour market (ICT, mathematics, languages), to experimental, appropriate attitudes (creativity, innovation, team work) and to the methods for individualised approach to the learner at poprzez:przeszkolenie the above representatives, to carry out individualised advisory services, to organise meetings in the local environment on the issues and needs of the educational system and local environmental expectations, to carry out networks for the representatives of the JTS on the platform www.doskonaleniewsieci.pl,zakończone by developing a local quality improvement plan for educational services and supporting schools in terms of the competences of key students for each JST.Support will be given to the Wielkopolska Local Government Unit and their representatives, i.e.325 staff from the following grup:osoby responsible for taking management decisions within the educational community, i.e. the mayors, mayors, starostat and waders, who carry out operational tasks in the field of education in the JST, i.e. directors/heads of the educational department, inspectors responsible for education, finance inspectors, staff in charge of financial planning and analysis, as well as staff of administrative and administrative teams of schools, councillors from the educational commissions.
