Rozwój Przedszkola Samorządowego w Jurgowie, 2 Rozwój Oddziału przedszkolnego przy Szkole Podstawowej nr 1 w Czarnej Górze, 3 Rozwój Oddziału przedszkolnego przy Szkole Podstawowej nr 2 w Czarnej Górze, 4 Rozwój Oddziału przedszkolnego przy Szkole Podstawowej nr 1 w Rzepiskach, 5 Kształcenie kadry wychowania przedszkolnego.
