Projekt "Przygotowanie i wdrożenie metodyki z zakresu pozyskiwania i przetwarzania informacji oraz komunikacji przy realizacji zadań prokuratury z wykorzystaniem systemu informatycznego PROK-SYS" realizowany w latach 2020-2023, który obejmuje:opr. konspektu opracowania metodycznego z zakresu pozyskiwania i przetwarzania informacji, elektronicznej komunikacji z innymi podmiotami oraz wykorzystania e-akt spraw karnych przy realizacji zadań prokuratury z wykorzystaniem systemu PROK-SYS,opracowanie metodyki z zakresu pozyskiwania i przetwarzania informacji, elektronicznej komunikacji z innymi podmiotami oraz wykorzystania e-akt spraw karnych przy realizacji zadań prokuratury z wykorzystaniem systemu informatycznego PROK-SYS,rozbudowę aplikacji SWP do wersji przeglądarkowej, integrację z PROK-SYS, a następnie rozszerzenie funkc. o ZWA,przeprowadzenie szkoleń, które obejmą 10.000 z 13.860 pracowników prokuratury (prok., urzędników i innych pracowników). Wskazane działanie zapewni praktyczne wdrożenie jednolitego standardu realizacji obowiązków służbowych z wykorzystaniem PROK-SYS oraz e-akt spraw karnych. Będzie to skutkowało usprawnieniem procesów związanych z zarządzaniem przez prowadzącego postępowanie czynnościami prowadzonego postępowania, w tym sposobem organizacji akt postępowania oraz czynnościami związanymi z udostępnianiem przez internet akt postępowania osobom uprawnionym i ich przekazywaniem do innych organów, wykonujących czynności w związku z postępowaniem. Realizacja przedstawionych zamierzeń projektowych zapewni Prokuraturze możliwość realizacji swoich zadań ustawowych w obecnej sytuacji związanej z wprowadzeniem na terenie Polski w 2020 roku stanu epidemii COVID-19 oraz innych zbliżonych sytuacjach kryzysowych. Zostanie to osiągnięte poprzez zapewnienie pracownikom prokuratury możliwości pracy na dokumentach zdigitalizowanych w systemie PROK-SYS także poza siedzibami prokuratur w formie tzw. pracy zdalnej. The project “Preparation and implementation of the methodology in the field of obtaining and processing information and communication in the implementation of the tasks of the prosecutor’s office using the PROK-SYS IT system” carried out in the years 2020-2023, which obejmuje:opr. the concept of methodological development in the field of information acquisition and processing, electronic communication with other entities and the use of e-act of criminal cases in the execution of the tasks of the prosecutor’s office using the PROK-SYS system, developing a methodology in the field of obtaining and processing information, electronic communication with other entities and the use of the e-act of criminal cases in the execution of the tasks of the prosecutor’s office using the PROK-SYS IT system, the extension of the SWP application to the browser version, integration with PROK-SYS, and then extending the function of the ZWA, conducting trainings, which will include 10,000 of the 13.860 employees of the Public Prosecutor’s Office (prosecution, officials and other staff). This action will ensure the practical implementation of a uniform standard of performance of official duties using PROK-SYS and e-act of criminal cases. This will result in streamlining the processes related to the management by the conductor of the proceedings, including the organisation of the file of proceedings and activities related to making the file available online to authorised persons and their transfer to other authorities carrying out activities in connection with the proceedings. The implementation of the proposed project plans will ensure that the Public Prosecutor’s Office is able to carry out its statutory tasks in the current situation related to the introduction of the COVID-19 epidemic and other similar crisis situations in Poland in 2020. This will be achieved by providing the employees of the prosecutor’s office with the possibility to work on documents digitised in the PROK-SYS system also outside the offices of the prosecutor’s office in the form of so-called remote work.
