Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia 260 osób bezrobotnych w wieku powyżej 30 roku życia w powiecie oleckim. Okres realizacji projektu: 01.01.2021-31.12.2022r. Uczestnikami projektu będzie 260 osób bezrobotnych w wieku 30 lat i więcej (od dnia 30 urodzin), które znajdują się w szczególnie trudnej sytuacji na rynku pracy, tj.: a) osoby starsze w wieku 50 lat i więcej, b) kobiety, c) osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, d) osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, e) osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach. W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi identyfikacja potrzeb uczestnika projektu oraz opracowanie lub aktualizacja dla każdego uczestnika projektu Indywidualnego Planu Działania, o którym mowa w art. 2 ust. 1 pkt. 10 a i art. 34 a Ustawy o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. Na tej podstawie Wnioskodawca realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy tj.: - staże - 138 osób, - prace interwencyjne - 74 osób, - jednorazowe środki na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej - 39 osób, - szkolenia zawodowe - 9 osób. Projekt zakłada osiągniecie co najmniej 44,3% wskaźnika efektywności zatrudnieniowej dla osób bezrobotnych w wieku 30 lat i więcej, które dodatkowo należą do następujących grup: - osoby w wieku 50 lat i więcej, - kobiety, - osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, - osoby z niskimi kwalifikacjami do poziomu ISCED 3. The aim of the project is to increase the employability of 260 unemployed people over the age of 30 in the Olecki district. Project implementation period: 01.01.2021-31.12.2022r. The participants of the project will be 260 unemployed people aged 30 and over (from the day of their 30th birthday), who are in a particularly difficult situation on the labour market, i.e.: a) older people aged 50 years and over, b) women, c) persons with disabilities, d) long-term unemployed, e) low-skilled persons. Within the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will be preceded by the identification of the needs of the project participant and the development or updating for each participant of the project of the Individual Action Plan referred to in Article 2 para. 1 point. 10 a and Article 34 a of the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. On this basis, the Applicant will provide appropriately selected services and labour market instruments referred to in the Act on Employment Promotion and Labour Market Institutions, i.e.: — traineeships — 138 persons, — intervention work — 74 persons, — one-off funds for setting up a business — 39 people, — vocational training — 9 people. The project aims to achieve at least 44.3 % of the employment efficiency rate for unemployed people aged 30 and over, which additionally belong to the following groups: — people aged 50 and over, — women, — people with disabilities, long-term unemployed, — people with low qualifications up to ISCED level 3.
