Zakres rzeczowy projektu obejmuję kompleksową termomodernizację czterech budynków użyteczności publicznej – dwóch szkół i dwóch budynków pełniących funkcje kulturalne: Szkoły Podstawowej im. Marszałka Józefa Piłsudskiego w Bogatem, Szkoły Podstawowej im. mjr Henryka Sucharskiego w Nowej Krępie, świetlicy wiejskiej w Bartnikach i świetlicy wiejskiej w Szli. Zakres rzeczowy projektu obejmuje m. in.: Świetlica wiejska w Bartnikach: wymianę stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej, docieplenie stropu z wymianą pokrycia dachowego, docieplenie ścian, wykonanie instalacji centralnego ogrzewania z kotłownią gazową. Budynek szkoły podstawowej w Bogatem: docieplenie ścian, wymianę stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej, docieplenie stropu oraz kompleksową modernizację systemu centralnego ogrzewania, w tym wymianę kotła węglowego na kocioł pelletowy. Budynek szkoły podstawowej w Nowej Krępie: docieplenie dachu, stropu, podłogi, częściowe ocieplenie ścian, modernizację systemu ogrzewania oraz montaż instalacji fotowoltaicznej. Świetlica wiejska w Szli: docieplenie ścian zewnętrznych, docieplenie stropu z wymianą pokrycia dachowego, wymianę stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej, ocieplenie posadzek, modernizację systemu grzewczego i ciepłej wody oraz montaż instalacji fotowoltaicznej. Celem projektu jest zmniejszenie strat ciepła i mniejsze zużycie energii w budynkach użyteczności publicznej na terenie Gminy Przasnysz. Mniejsze zużycie energii i ograniczenie strat ciepła przyniesie korzystny wpływ na środowisko. Grupą docelową projektu będą mieszkańcy Gminy Przasnysz i powiatu przasnyskiego oraz powiatów ościennych. Realizacja przedmiotowego projektu w istotny sposób wpłynie na poprawę stanu środowiska oraz na poprawę warunków życia mieszkańców. Poprzez kompleksową termomodernizację budynków oświatowych i pełniących funkcję kulturalne poprawie ulegnie także jakość życia w sferze społecznej, co przyczyni się do podniesienia atrakcyjności gminy i terenu północnego Mazowsza. The scope of the project includes a comprehensive thermomodernisation of four public buildings — two schools and two buildings with cultural functions: The Primary School of Marshal Józef Piłsudski in the rich, Major Henryk Sucharski Primary School in Nowa Krępa, the village centre in Bartniki and the village centre in Szla. The material scope of the project includes, among others: Rural common room in Bartniki: replacement of window and door joinery, insulation of the ceiling with replacement of roofing, insulation of walls, installation of central heating with gas boiler. Primary school building in a rich: insulation of the walls, replacement of window and door joinery, insulation of the ceiling and comprehensive modernisation of the central heating system, including the replacement of the coal boiler for a pellet boiler. The building of the elementary school in Nowa Krępa: insulation of the roof, ceiling, floors, partial insulation of the walls, modernisation of the heating system and installation of a photovoltaic system. Rural common room in Szla: insulation of external walls, insulation of the ceiling with replacement of roofing, replacement of window and door joinery, insulation of floors, modernisation of heating system and hot water and installation of photovoltaic installation. The aim of the project is to reduce heat losses and lower energy consumption in public buildings in the Przasnysz Commune. Lower energy consumption and reduction of heat loss will have a beneficial impact on the environment. The target group of the project will be the inhabitants of the Municipality of Przasnysz and the county of Niezasnyski and neighbouring districts. The implementation of this project will significantly improve the state of the environment and improve the living conditions of residents. Through comprehensive thermomodernisation of educational and cultural buildings, the quality of life in the social sphere will also be improved, which will contribute to increasing the attractiveness of the commune and the area of northern Mazovia.
