The aim of the project is to increase employment opportunities for 40 young people aged 18-29 who are unemployed registered in the Poviat Labour Office in Tychy as unemployed, including in particular those who remain out of the labour market as a result of the negative effects of the SARS-CoV-2 virus pandemic, living in the city of Tychy and the district of Bieruńsko-Lędziński. IPD and a high-quality job offer for subsidised jobs, i.e. intervention work or a job voucher.The project will be implemented in accordance with the principles set out in the Guidelines for the implementation of projects involving the European Social Fund in the area of the labour market for 2014-2020. The support will be implemented only in the manner and in accordance with the principles set out in the Act of 20 April 2004 on the promotion of employment and labour market institutions. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia dla 40 osób młodych w wieku 18-29 lat pozostających bez pracy zarejestrowanych w Powiatowym Urzędzie Pracy w Tychach jako osoby bezrobotne, w tym w szczególności osoby, które pozostają poza rynkiem pracy w wyniku negatywnych skutków pandemii wirusa SARS-CoV-2, zamieszkujące miasto Tychy i powiat bieruńsko-lędziński.W szczególności chodzi o zapewnienie szybkiego powrotu na rynek pracy poprzez wsparcie w postaci usługi pośrednictwa pracy tj. IPD oraz wysokiej jakości oferta zatrudnienia na subsydiowane miejsce pracy tj. prace interwencyjne lub bon zatrudnieniowy.Projekt realizowany będzie zgodnie z zasadami określonymi w Wytycznych w zakresie realizacji przedsięwzięć z udziałem środków Europejskiego Funduszu Społecznego w obszarze rynku pracy na lata 2014-2020. Wsparcie realizowane będzie wyłącznie w sposób i na zasadach określonych w Ustawie z dnia 20 kwietnia 2004 r. o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)
