Objective: accessibility of social services, in particular neighbourhood care services for 35 people (20K) older/needed support for the daily functioning of at risk of poverty or social exclusion from the GB area by providing 35 people with support in the form of neighbourhood care services at home and 20 persons with support in the form of services to use modern information and communication technologies, which enable older people in need of support in their daily functioning as long as possible safe as long as possible in their environment, and improve knowledge and skills in the care of the elderly/necessary support for the day-to-day operation of services by at least 20 people with care. ROP WP 2014-2020. Thanks to the implementation, the elderly will feel safer in the place of their dwelling, they will be surrounded by the care of their neighbours, telecare, contact with the environment, reduced their risk of poverty or social exclusion. Actual (informal) caregivers will receive training support — group and individual and psychological so as to best take care of their loved ones. (English) | |||

Cel główny:zwiększ. dostępności usług społecz., w szczególności sąsiedzkich usług opiekuńczych dla 35 osób (20K) starszych/potrzebujących wsparcia wcodziennym funkcjonowaniu zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym z obszaru GB przez objęcie 35 osób wsparciem w formie sąsiedzkich usługopiekuńczych w miejscu zamieszkania i 20 osób wsparciem w formie usług wykorzystuj. nowoczesne technologie informacyjno-komunikacyjne, któreumożliwią osobom starszym potrzebującym wsparcia w codziennym funkcjonowaniu jak najdłuższe bezpieczne pozostanie w ich środowisku oraz podniesieniewiedzy i umiejętności w zakresie opieki nad osobą starszą/potrzebującą wsparcia w codziennym funkcjonowaniu przez min. 20 osób pełniących funkcjeopiekuńcze – opiekunów faktycznych w okresie do 31.08.2023r.P. przez obj. wsparciem starszych potrzebujących wsparcia w codziennym funkcjonowaniu z obszaru GB, zapewnienie im sąsiedzkich usług opiekuńcz. i usługwykorzyst. nowoczesne technologie informacyjno-komunikacyjne – teleopieki przyczyni się do osiągnięcia celu szczegółow. RPO WP 2014-2020. Dziękirealizacji p. osoby starsze poczują się bezpieczniejsze w miejscu swego zamieszk., zostaną otoczone odpowied. opieką - pomocą sąsiedzką, teleopieką, będąmiały kontakt z otoczeniem, zmniejszy się ich zagrożenie ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym. Opiekunowie faktyczni (nieformalni) uzyskają wsparcieszkoleniowe - grupowe i indywidualne i psychologiczne tak, aby jak najlepiej wykonywać opiekę nad swoim bliskim. (Polish)
