Projekt polega na wymianie lub likwidacji indywidualnych źródeł ciepła i przyłączenie do sieci gazowej w gospodarstwach domowych w gminie Walce. Potrzeby w zakresie wymiany źródeł ciepła oszacowano na podstawie przeprowadzonej ankietyzacji na obszarze gminy. Na podstawie zebranych zgłoszeń od mieszkańców gminy możliwe było rzetelne określenie potrzeb, wartości projektu oraz wskaźników. Do wszystkich budynków, które obejmuje projekt beneficjenci ostateczni posiadają tytuł prawny. Wymiana indywidualnych źródeł ciepła na bardziej ekologiczne możliwa jest jedynie w przypadku, gdy podłączenie do sieci ciepłowniczej lub sieci gazowej na danym obszarze nie jest uzasadnione technicznie lub/i ekonomicznie. Natomiast w sytuacji, gdy przyłączenie do ww. sieci jest możliwe technicznie i racjonalne kosztowo wspierane będą wyłącznie przedsięwzięcia polegające na likwidacji indywidualnych źródeł ciepła w celu przyłączenia (wymiana węzła cieplnego i urządzenia grzewczego) do sieci gazowej (brak budynków objętych projektem, w których istnieje przyłącze gazowe oraz brak sieci ciepłowniczej w gminie Walce). W ramach projektu przewiduje się:wymianę 50 kotłów węglowych na źródła ciepła bardziej ekologiczne,15 kotłów na biomasę,35 pompy ciepła oraz likwidację 11 dotychczasowych kotłów węglowych w celu podłączenia budynków do sieci gazowej.Ponadto wykonane zostaną montaże urządzeń,niezbędne instalacje wewnętrzne i podłączenia konieczne do funkcjonowania nowych kotłów. Dla wszystkich budynków, gdzie będą prowadzone działania związane z wymianą lub likwidacją indywidualnych źródeł ciepła będzie zapewniony minimalny poziom efektywności energetycznej, który określi przeprowadzana ocena energetyczna budynku. Bezpośrednim efektem rzeczowym projektu będzie zmodernizowanie 61 źródeł na paliwo stałe w gminie Walce, co przyniesie roczną redukcję ok.3,45 ton pyłu PM10 oraz 621,23 ton CO2. The project consists of the replacement or liquidation of individual heat sources and connection to the gas network in households in the municipality of Walce. The needs for the exchange of heat sources were estimated on the basis of the survey carried out in the commune. On the basis of the collected notifications from the inhabitants of the municipality, it was possible to accurately determine the needs, value of the project and indicators. For all buildings covered by the project, the final beneficiaries shall have a legal title. The replacement of individual heat sources to a more environmentally friendly one is only possible if the connection to a district heating or gas network is not technically and/or economically justified. However, in a situation where the connection to the above-mentioned network is technically possible and cost-effective, only projects involving the liquidation of individual heat sources in order to connect (exchange of heat and heating equipment) to the gas network will be supported (no buildings covered by the project where there is a gas connection and no district heating network in the municipality of Walce). As part of the project, it foresees: 50 coal boilers for more environmentally friendly heat sources,15 biomass boilers,35 heat pumps and decommissioning of 11 existing coal boilers to connect buildings to the gas network.In addition, the installation of equipment, necessary internal installations and connections necessary for the operation of new boilers will be carried out. For all buildings where activities related to the replacement or decommissioning of individual heat sources will be carried out, a minimum level of energy efficiency will be ensured, which will be determined by the energy assessment of the building. The direct material effect of the project will be the modernisation of 61 solid fuel sources in the municipality of Walce, which will result in an annual reduction of approximately 3.45 tonnes of PM10 and 621.23 tonnes of CO2.
