The project provides for activities related to sports infrastructure, which are complementary to social activities aimed at the integration of residents of the revitalisation area. It will be implemented in partnership with the Brest Cultural Centre. As part of the project, it is planned to: adaptation of space at PSP No. 5 for the needs of the public skatepark, renovation of the playground in the Central Park in Brzeg, adaptation of the public space of the Polish American square for the needs of seasonal installation, public ice rink and promotion of the project. The scope of this project is indicated in the Local Revitalisation Programme for the Brzeg Municipality for the years 2016-2023 adopted by Resolution No XXVI/317/21 of the Brzeg Municipal Council of 8 April 2021 amending the resolution on the adoption of the Local Revitalisation Programme for the Municipality of Brzeg for the years 2016-2023. This LPR is included in the list of positively verified revitalisation programmes in accordance with Resolution No 4862/2021 of the Management Board of the Opolskie Voivodeship of 31 May 2021. The playground under renovation under the project is located in the Central Park, which is part of the Municipal Plants entered in the register of monuments. The infrastructure covered by this project will be adapted to the needs of people with disabilities. Products of the project: number of facilities adapted to the needs of persons with disabilities — 3 pieces; number of projects financing the costs of reasonable accommodation for persons with disabilities — 1 pc; number of supported infrastructure facilities located in revitalised areas — 3 pieces; area of revitalisation areas — 0.2496 ha; the contribution of the project for the area covered by the revitalisation programme — 100 %; open space created or restored in urban areas — 2 496.08 m². Projekt przewiduje działania związane z infrastrukturą sportową, które stanowią element uzupełniający działań społecznych ukierunkowanych na integrację mieszkańców obszaru rewitalizacji. Będzie on realizowany w partnerstwie z Brzeskim Centrum Kultury. W ramach projektu zaplanowano: adaptację przestrzeni przy PSP Nr 5 na potrzeby ogólnodostępnego skateparku, remont placu zabaw w Parku Centralnym w Brzegu, adaptację przestrzeni publicznego placu Polonii Amerykańskiej na potrzeby instalacji sezonowego, ogólnodostępnego lodowiska oraz promocję projektu. Zakres niniejszego projektu został wskazany w Lokalnym Programie Rewitalizacji dla Gminy Brzeg na lata 2016-2023 przyjętego uchwałą nr XXVI/317/21 Rady Miejskiej Brzegu z dnia 8 kwietnia 2021 r. zmieniającej uchwałę w sprawie przyjęcia Lokalnego Programu Rewitalizacji dla Gminy Brzeg na lata 2016-2023. Niniejszy LPR znajduje się na liście pozytywnie zweryfikowanych programów rewitalizacji zgodnie z uchwałą Zarządu Województwa Opolskiego nr 4862/2021 r. z dnia 31 maja 2021 r. Plac zabaw objęty remontem w ramach projektu zlokalizowany jest w Parku Centralnym będącym częścią Plant Miejskich wpisanych do rejestru zabytków. Objęta przedmiotowym projektem infrastruktura będzie dostosowana do potrzeb osób niepełnosprawnych. Produkty projektu: liczba obiektów dostosowanych do potrzeb osób z niepełnosprawnościami – 3 szt.; liczba projektów, w których sfinansowano koszty racjonalnych usprawnień dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami – 1 szt.; liczba wspartych obiektów infrastruktury zlokalizowanych na rewitalizowanych obszarach – 3 szt.; powierzchnia obszarów objętych rewitalizacją – 0,2496 ha; udział projektu w odniesieniu do obszaru objętego programem rewitalizacji – 100%; otwarta przestrzeń utworzona lub rekultywowana na obszarach miejskich – 2 496,08 m2.
