The subject of the planned project is the modernisation of the Lubraniecki Cultural Heritage Centre with its equipment, which will allow the implementation of social projects in this area together with its equipment. The subject of the project is the modernisation of rooms in the LCDK building for the purpose of conducting integration/activation classes. The project also provides for the facility to be equipped with auxiliary equipment in the implementation of trainings, courses organised for socially excluded people, improvement of competences, professional counselling. The facilities will consist of the purchase of audiovisual and office equipment. An existing kitchen will also be added. The construction part of the project includes the modernisation of kitchen and sanitary rooms. The water and sewerage system, c.o., electrical installation will be replaced. In addition, the project includes the renovation of the main corridor. Only internal work will be carried out in the building, without external work. The target group of the project is primarily residents of the revitalisation area of the city of Lubraniec from district III: seniors and people benefiting from social assistance. Infrastructure will be supported, where integration/activation classes are planned for the target group. In addition, the resulting infrastructure will also be available to all residents of the Lubraniec Commune, not only those indicated in the GPR, including children and adolescents. The implementation of the project is necessary to provide adequate infrastructure and facilities to undertake the planned social intervention specified in the Municipal Revitalisation Program for the Municipality of Lubraniec for the years 2016-2026.The main objective of the project: the increase of inclusive social recovery in the area of revitalisation of the City of Lubraniec — district III, by conducting classes integrating/activating the elderly and beneficiaries of social assistance in accordance with the Municipal Revitalisation Programme for the Municipality of Lubraniec. Przedmiotem planowanego przedsięwzięcia jest modernizacja Lubranieckiego Centrum Dziedzictwa Kulturowego wraz z jego wyposażeniem, co pozwoli na realizowanie projektów społecznych na tym obszarze wraz z jego wyposażeniem. Przedmiotem projektu jest modernizacja pomieszczeń w budynku LCDK pod potrzeby prowadzenia zajęć integracyjnych/aktywizacyjnych. Projekt przewiduje również wyposażenie obiektu w sprzęty pomocnicze w realizacji szkoleń, kursów organizowanych dla osób wykluczonych społecznie, podnoszenie kompetencji, doradztwo zawodowe. Wyposażenie obiektu polegać będzie na zakupie sprzętów audiowizualnych i biurowych. Doposażona zostanie również istniejąca kuchnia. Część budowlana projektu obejmuje modernizację pomieszczeń kuchennych oraz sanitarnych. Wymianie zostanie poddana instalacja wodno – kanalizacyjna, c.o., elektryczna. Ponadto projekt obejmuje remont korytarza głównego. W budynku zostaną wykonane wyłącznie prace wewnętrzne, bez prac zewnętrznych. Grupą docelową projektu są przede wszystkim mieszkańcy obszaru rewitalizacji miasta Lubraniec z okręgu III: seniorzy oraz osoby korzystające z pomocy społecznej. Wsparta zostanie infrastruktura, gdzie planowane jest prowadzenie zajęć integracyjnych/aktywizujących dla ww. grupy docelowej. Ponadto z powstałej infrastruktury będą mogli korzystać również wszyscy mieszkańcy Gminy Lubraniec, nie tylko wskazani w GPR, w tym dzieci i młodzież. Realizacja projektu jest niezbędna dla zapewnienia odpowiedniej infrastruktury i zaplecza do podjęcia zaplanowanej interwencji społecznej określonej w Gminnym Programie Rewitalizacji dla Gminy Lubraniec na lata 2016-2026.Cel główny projektu: wzrost ożywienia społecznego sprzyjającego włączeniu społecznemu na obszarze rewitalizacji Miasta Lubraniec – okręg III, poprzez prowadzenie zajęć integrujących/aktywizujących osoby starsze i beneficjentów pomocy społecznej zgodnie z Gminnym Programem Rewitalizacji dla Gminy Lubraniec.
