Project titled: “Construction of a care and education facility in Łasin” aims to increase access to social services, through the construction of a care and educational institution in the Grudziądzki district. The subject of the investment includes the following zadania:budowę of the building intended for the function of the Care and Education Centre in Łasin with the gazebo, garden and land development around the building. The building will be adapted to the needs of people with disabilities.The implementation of the project will contribute to the creation of 14 new places for children in the care and education facilities in the Grudziądzki district. The need to create new outlets is justified by the fact of changing the legal provisions, i.e. the Act of 9 June 2011 on family support and the foster care system, according to which from 2 January 2021 the number of children placed in the facility must not exceed 14 children. The planned project, aimed at increasing access to social services, is in line with the operational objectives of the ROP Kujawsko-Pomorskie for 2014-2020, and in particular in Priority Axis 6 — Solidary Society and Competitive Persons, Measure 6.1 Investments in health and social infrastructure, sub-measure 6.1.2 Investment in social infrastructure. Projekt pn.: „ Budowa placówki opiekuńczo–wychowawczej w Łasinie” ma na celu zwiększenie dostępu do usług społecznych, poprzez budowę placówki opiekuńczo – wychowawczej na terenie powiatu grudziądzkiego. Przedmiot inwestycji obejmuje następujące zadania:budowę budynku przeznaczonego na funkcję Placówki Opiekuńczo-Wychowawczej w miejscowości Łasin wraz z altaną, ogródkiem oraz zagospodarowanie terenu wokół budynku. Budynek przystosowany będzie do potrzeb osób niepełnosprawnych.Realizacja projektu przyczyni się do powstania 14 nowych miejsc dla dzieci w Placówkach Opiekuńczo-Wychowawczych na terenie powiatu grudziądzkiego. Potrzebę powstania nowych Placówek uzasadnia fakt zmiany przepisów prawa tj. ustawy zdnia 9 czerwca 2011 r. o wspieraniu rodziny i systemie pieczy zastępczej, zgodnie z którą od dnia 2 stycznia 2021 r. liczba dzieci umieszczonych w placówce nie może przekraczać 14 dzieci. Przewidziany do realizacji projekt, mający na celu zwiększenie dostępu do usług społecznych, wpisuje się cele operacyjne RPO Województwa Kujawsko-Pomorskiego na lata 2014-2020, a w szczególności w Oś priorytetową 6 - Solidarne społeczeństwo i konkurencyjne kadry, działanie 6.1 Inwestycje w infrastrukturę zdrowotną i społeczną, poddziałanie 6.1.2 Inwestycje w infrastrukturę społeczną. Całkowite nakłady inwestycyjne wynoszą 1 542 560,89 zł. (Polish)
