The subject of the project is the modernisation of the street lighting system in the Osielsko Commune, through the reconstruction of existing lighting points. The aim of the project is to improve the energy efficiency of the lighting system through the use of more energy-efficient luminaires and the use of a control system with the possibility of reducing the power of the luminaires during a cycle period in which the maximum luminous flux is not required. The aim of the modernisation is also to adapt the parameters of street lighting to the applicable legal provisions. “Modernisation of road lighting in the Osielsko Commune” amounts to PLN 511 480.01 gross. The material scope of the investment was determined on the basis of the developed energy audit in the field of street lighting.In the framework of the investment, the following expenses are planned:• Application documentation;• Construction works; • Investor supervision;• Project promotion.Expenditure related to the implementation of the investment is taxed at 23 % VAT rate.In the framework of the project, all expenditure shown under the project budget is included in the eligible costs other than the preparation of the application for co-financing. The investment will contribute to the modernisation of 293 light points.The implementation of the investment is planned in 2021. The project is not covered by public aid and is not a partner project. Przedmiotem projektu jest modernizacja systemu oświetlenia ulicznego na terenie Gminy Osielsko, poprzez przebudowę istniejących punktów świetlnych. Celem projektu jest poprawienie efektywności energetycznej systemu oświetleniowego poprzez zastosowanie bardziej energooszczędnych opraw oświetleniowych oraz zastosowanie systemusterowania z możliwością zredukowania mocy opraw w okresie cyklu, w którym nie jest wymagany maksymalny strumień świetlny. Celem modernizacji jest również dostosowanie parametrów oświetlenia ulicznego do obowiązujących przepisów prawnych.Całkowite nakłady inwestycyjne projektu pn. ,,Modernizacja oświetlenia drogowego na terenie Gminy Osielsko” wynoszą 511 480,01 zł brutto. Zakres rzeczowy przedmiotowej inwestycji został określony na podstawie opracowanego audytu energetycznego w zakresie oświetlenia ulicznego.W ramach inwestycji zaplanowano następujące wydatki:• Dokumentacja aplikacyjna;• Roboty budowlane; • Nadzór inwestorski;• Promocja projektu.Nakłady związane z realizacją inwestycji opodatkowane są 23% stawką podatku VAT.W ramach projektu do kosztów kwalifikowanych zostały zaliczone wszystkie wydatki wykazane w ramach budżetu projektu poza opracowaniem wniosku o dofinansowanie. Inwestycja przyczyni się do modernizacji 293 punktów świetlnych.Realizację inwestycji zaplanowano w 2021 roku. Projekt nie jest objęty pomocą publiczną ani nie jest projektem partnerskim. (Polish)
