Changing conditions and growing market needs generate the need to increase competitiveness, which is now understood as the ability to offer customers above-average and extraordinary products. To this end, the company commissioned to carry out comprehensive, individual, profiled design audit services under the Applicant and to develop a design strategy (SW) based on it. The design strategy made it possible to recommend activities related to the use of design processes, the final result of which will be the introduction of significantly improved metalworking services, which will be consistent with the main trends in the aerospace, energy and metalworking industries defined in the strategy. In view of the above, a catalogue of necessary actions directly related to the implementation of product, organizational and marketing innovation, the implementation of which will allow the company to increase its development potential, i.e.: I.Elaboration of a model of service provision together with the functionalities and interfaces of the client panel (process innovation). II.Elaboration of the construction and technological documentation of the range of gas fittings (product innovation). III. Creating a subbrand strategy — ordering the processes of communication and promotion of the MET-JOSZ subbranch (marketing innovation). IV.Equipment of the technological chain with fixed and intangible assets necessary for the implementation of product innovation. The above-mentioned actions result directly from the provisions of the Design Strategy and are necessary for the comprehensive implementation of the recommendations contained therein. (English) | |||

Zmieniające się uwarunkowania oraz wzrastające potrzeby rynku generują konieczność podniesienia konkurencyjności, która obecnie rozumiana jest jako zdolność do oferowania klientom produktów ponadprzeciętnych i nietuzinkowych. W tym celu firma zleciła przeprowadzenie kompleksowych, indywidualnych, profilowanych pod Wnioskodawcę usług audytu wzorniczego oraz opracowanie na jego podstawie strategii wzorniczej (SW). Strategia wzornicza pozwoliła zarekomendować działania związane z wykorzystaniem procesów projektowania wzorniczego, których końcowym rezultatem będzie wprowadzenie na rynek znacząco ulepszonych usług obróbki metali, które będą wpisywać się w określone w strategii główne trendy panujące w branżach lotniczej, energetycznej oraz obróbki metali. Mając na uwadze powyższe, określono katalog niezbędnych działań, które dotyczą bezpośrednio wdrożenia innowacji produktowej, organizacyjnej i marketingowej, których realizacja pozwoli firmie zwiększyć swój potencjał rozwojowy, tj.: I.Opracowanie modelu świadczenia usług wraz z funkcjonalnościami i interfejsami panelu klienta (innowacja procesowa). II.Opracowanie dokumentacji konstrukcyjnej i technologicznej typoszeregu armatury gazowniczej (innowacja produktowa). III. Stworzenie strategii submarki - uporządkowanie procesów komunikacji i promocji submarki MET-JOSZ (innowacja marketingowa). IV.Wyposażenie ciągu technologicznego w środki trwałe i wartości niematerialne i prawne niezbędne do wdrożenia innowacji produktowej. Ww. działania wynikają wprost z zapisów Strategii Wzorniczej i są niezbędne do kompleksowego wdrożenia zawartych w niej rekomendacji. (Polish)
