The project is implemented in response to the needs of the company and the expectations of buyers of products offered by the company.A result of the analysis, the following needs of the company were identified: the need to make the BR necessary to develop an innovative modification of the product typical of the Łącka area made from regional raw materials in order to obtain gluten-free and vegan products with increased microbiological stability and extended shelf life in order to enable the product to be placed on the market, the need to create adequate infrastructure facilities in the form of fixed assets necessary for the implementation of the innovative product developed in the course of research work.The purpose of the project under the research component is to purchase 1 service for the implementation of BR works consisting of innovative modification of the products typical for the Łącka area, which is made from regional raw materials, aimed at achieving a significant improvement in the consumption of the product in the form of long-term and micro-gluten-free products. Projekt jest realizowany w odpowiedzi na potrzeby przedsiębiorstwa i oczekiwania nabywców produktów oferowanych przez firmę.W wyniku przeprowadzonej analizy zidentyfikowano następujące potrzeby przedsiębiorstwa: potrzeba wykonania BR niezbędnych do opracowania innowacyjnej modyfikacji produktu ciast typowych dla rejonu Łącka sporządzanych z surowców regionalnych w celu uzyskania wyrobów bezglutenowych ilub wegańskich o zwiększonej stabilności mikrobiologicznej i wydłużonej przydatności do spożycia w celu umożliwienia wprowadzenia produktu na rynek, potrzeba stworzenia odpowiedniego zaplecza infrastrukturalnego w postaci środków trwałych niezbędnych do wdrożenia na rynek innowacyjnego produktu opracowanego w toku prac badawczych.Przedmiotem projektu w ramach komponentu badawczego jest zakup 1 usługi w zakresie wykonania prac BR obejmujących innowacyjną modyfikację produktu ciast typowych dla rejonu Łącka sporządzanych z surowców regionalnych, mającą na celu uzyskanie znacząco ulepszonego produktu w postaci wyrobów bezglutenowych ilub wegańskich o zwiększonej stabilności mikrobiologicznej i wydłużonej przydatności do spożycia.Przedmiotem projektu w ramach komponentu wdrożeniowego jest zakup środków trwałych niezbędnych do wprowadzenia opracowanych w toku prac badawczych produktów na rynek.Rezultatem realizacji projektu będzie wdrożenie innowacji produktowej sprzedaż gamy ciast typowych dla rejonu Łącka sporządzanych z surowców regionalnych, będących wyrobami bezglutenowymi ilub wegańskimi o zwiększonej stabilności mikrobiologicznej i wydłużonej przydatności do spożycia.
