The project is a response to the individually diagnosed needs of the General Education and Vocational School Complex in Ciechanovec (Technikum and Industry School I St.) for which the governing body is the Wysokomazowiecki District. As a result of meetings in the period IX-XI’19, the directorate with the representatives of the Leader (hereinafter UPEMI) established the most effective solutions in the area of diagnosed development needs of pupils/students (U) in the field of vocational training, teachers/educators (N) and school, including the expectations of employers and the needs of the local/regional labour market (diag.-UPEMI). The diagnosis shows (approved on 15.11.2019) that an important problem is the insufficient equipping U with overprogrammed, unique competences, skills and professional qualifications, which translates into low occupational mobility of future employees and this in turn into insufficient adaptation of U in the context of labour market needs. There was also a problem in the field of non-adaptation of practical apprenticeships to real working conditions. As a result, the concept of a partnership project was developed. The project is dedicated to 105U and 10N from the Technical and Industry School of I St. in ZSOiZ in Ciechanovec, from the fields of Construction Techniques, T. Nutrition and Gastronomy Services and the Chef. The result of the support will be U acquisition/enhancing of professional skills expected by employers of the labour market. The aim of the project is to adjust U competence, make them more attractive as employees, thereby increasing their chances on the labour market. The above activities will be reinforced by support for N vocational education, ensuring conditions at school reflecting the natural working environment. The main forms of support are: apprenticeships, additional classes/workshops/specialised/professional courses, retrofitting of professional studios and activities focused on professional development N. The project implemented at every stage in close cooperation with the socio-economic environment, including employers. (English) | |||||||||||||||

Projekt to odpowiedź na indywidualnie zdiagnozowane zapotrzebowanie Zespołu Szkół Ogólnokształcących i Zawodowych w Ciechanowcu (Technikum i Branżowa Szkoła I St.) dla której organem prowadzącym jest Powiat Wysokomazowiecki. W wyniku spotkań w okresie IX-XI’19 dyrekcji z reprezentantami Lidera (dalej UPEMI) ustalono najbardziej efektywne rozwiązania w zakresie zdiagnozowanych potrzeb rozwojowych uczniów/uczennic (U) w obszarze kształcenia zawodowego oraz nauczycieli/ek (N) i szkoły, w tym oczekiwań pracodawców i potrzeb lokalnego/regionalnego rynku pracy (diag.-UPEMI). Z diagnozy wynika ( zatwierdz.w dn.15.11.2019r), że istotnym problemem jest niedostateczne wyposażenie U w nadprogramowe, unikatowe kompetencje, umiejętności i kwalifikacje zawodowe co przekłada się na niską mobilność zawodową przyszłych pracowników a to z kolei na niedostateczne dostosowanie U w kontekście potrzeb rynku pracy. Stwierdzono również problem w zakresie niedostosowania pracowni praktycznej nauki zawodu do rzeczywistych warunków pracy. W efekcie wypracowano koncepcję partnerskiego projektu. Projekt dedykowany jest 105U i 10N z Technikum i Branżowej Szkoły I St. w ZSOiZ w Ciechanowcu, z kierunków Technik Budownictwa, T. Żywienia i Usług Gastronomicznych oraz Kucharz. Efektem wsparcia będzie nabycie/podniesienie przez U kompetencji, umiejętności zawodowych oczekiwanych przez pracodawców rynku pracy. Celem projektu jest dostosowanie kompetencyjne U, uatrakcyjnienie ich jako pracowników, tym samym zwiększą się ich szanse na rynku pracy. Działania powyższe zostaną wzmocnione wsparciem N kształcenia zawo., zapewnieniem w szkole warunków odzwierciedlających naturalne środowisko pracy. Główne formy wsparcia to: staże zawodowe, dodatkowe zajęcia/warsztaty/kursy specjalistyczne/zawodowe, doposażenie pracowni zawodowych oraz działania ukierunkowane na doskonalenie zawodowe N. Projekt realizowany na każdym etapie w ścisłej współpracy z otoczeniem społeczno-gospodarczym w tym z pracodawcami. (Polish)
