The main objective of the project. Renewable energy sources in Lubochnia Municipality (stage III) are: increasing the production of energy from renewable sources and reducing the use of conventional energy sources in the municipality of Lubochnia, resulting in an improvement of the natural environment. The target group is the owners of properties on the territory of which the RES infrastructure/people using the services of the public utility building were installed — a total of 633 people and indirectly all residents of the municipality and the Łódzkie voivodship. The implementation of the project includes the following tasks: 1. Installation and assembly works — purchase and installation of RES installations: Photovoltaic panels on the territory of private property of the inhabitants of the municipality — number of installations 196 pcs., photovoltaic panels on BUP (Recreational and sports and leisure complex building at ul. £ód1/4 57A in Lubochnia) — 1 pc. Biomass boilers — 24 pcs. 2. Indirect costs: 2.1 Investor supervision 2.2 project promotion — information and memorial board, posters, stickers. The total power of the devices used is: 1.13 MWe. The biomass boilers used in the project will have a total power: 0.44 MW. The reduction of greenhouse gas emissions (green effect) in the project will amount to 1 014,10 tonnes/CO2 equivalent. The financial value of the project is PLN 4 714 424.31. Within the own resources of the applicant’s budget, the amount of PLN 651 763.78 was secured, representing 15 % of the eligible costs, and the amount of PLN 369 332.43 covering all ineligible costs of the project (including VAT costs). The remaining amount of expenditure, amounting to PLN 3 693 328.10 85 % of eligible costs — will be financed from EU funds. Project implementation period III 2022 — II 2023. (English) | |||

Celem głównym proj.pn. Odnawialne źródła energii w Gminie Lubochnia (etap III) jest: zwiększenie produkcji energii ze źródeł odnawialnych i zmniejszenie wykorzystania konwencjonalnych źródeł energii w gminie Lubochnia, skutkujące poprawą stanu środowiska naturalnego. Grupą docelową są właściciele posesji, na terenie których zainstalowano infrastrukturę OZE/osoby korzystające z usług budynku użyteczności publicznej - łącznie 633 osoby oraz pośrednio wszyscy mieszkańcy gminy i woj. łódzkiego. Realizacja projektu obejmuje zadania: 1. Roboty montażowo-instalacyjne- zakup i montaż instalacji OZE: paneli fotowoltaicznych na terenie prywatnych posesji mieszkańców gminy – ilość instalacji 196 szt., paneli fotowoltaicznych na BUP (Kompleks rekreacyjno – sportowo- wypoczynkowy budynek przy ul. Łódzkiej 57A w Lubochni) – 1 szt. kotłów na biomasę – 24 szt. 2. Koszty pośrednie: 2.1 Nadzór inwestorski 2.2 promocja projektu –tablica informacyjno-pamiątkowa, plakaty, naklejki. Łączna moc zastosowanych urządzeń to: 1,13 MWe. Zastosowane w projekcie kotły na biomasę będą miały łączna moc: 0,44 MW. Zmniejszenie emisji gazów cieplarnianych (efekt ekologiczny) w projekcie wyniesie 1 014,10 tony/równoważnika ekwiwalentu CO2. Wartość finansowa projektu wynosi 4 714 424,31 zł. W ramach środków własnych w budżecie Wnioskodawcy została zabezpieczona kwota 651 763,78 zł, stanowiąca 15% kosztów kwalifikowalnych, oraz kwota 369 332,43zł pokrywająca wszystkie koszty niekwalifikowalne projektu (w tym koszty podatku vat). Pozostała kwota wydatków, wynosząca 3 693 328,10 zł 85% kosztów kwalifikowanych- zostanie sfinansowana z funduszy UE. Okres realizacji projektu III 2022 - II 2023. (Polish)
