The project concerns the thermomodernisation of two school facilities in the Municipality of Milanówek. It is a project in the field of energy efficiency and reduction of low emissions. The project results from both low-carbon strategies and the revitalisation programme. The effect of reducing thermal energy consumption, reduction of primary energy consumption in modernised facilities, reduction of greenhouse gas emissions (including CO2) indirect and direct will be achieved by increasing the energy efficiency of buildings. The planned scope of energy modernisation includes: Primary School No. 1: — Improvement of thermal insulation of partitions and leakage of old windows and external doors. a) Warming of external walls with styrofoam, b) Warming of ventilated roofs, c) Warming of the roof with mineral wool mats, d) Replacement of windows and external doors. e) Improve the efficiency of the heating system using RES. Primary School No. 3: — Improvement of thermal insulation of partitions and airtightness of old windows and external doors. a) Warming of external walls with styrofoam, b) Warming of edible floors ventilated with mineral wool, c) Warming of stupods full of styrofoam roof panels, d) Replacement of windows, luxers. e) Improving the efficiency of the heating system using RES. As part of the project, 2 information boards — commemorative boards will be purchased. There will also be information and promotion in a cost-free form: on the Applicant’s web portal, on school websites, on local radio, during meetings with parents in thermomod.placówki. Information will be provided in the local press. The project also foresees accompanying works constituting an ineligible cost, which are necessary for simultaneous performance during thermomodernisation works. Projekt dotyczy termomodernizacji dwóch obiektów szkolnych w Gminie Milanówek. Jest to projekt z zakresu efektywności energetycznej, jak i ograniczania niskiej emisji. Projekt wynika zarówno ze strategii niskoemisyjnych, jak i programu rewitalizacji. Efekt zmniejszenie zużycia energii cieplnej, zmniejszenie zużycia energii pierwotnej w modernizowanych obiektach, spadek emisji gazów cieplarnianych (w tym CO2) pośredni i bezpośredni zostaną osiągnięte poprzez zwiększenie efektywności energetycznej budynków. Planowany zakres modernizacji energetycznej obejmuje: Szkoła Podstawowa nr 1: - Poprawa izolacyjności cieplnej przegród i szczelności starych okien i drzwi zewnętrznych. a) Ocieplenie ścian zewnętrznych styropianem, b) Ocieplenie stropodachu wentylowanego, c) Ocieplenie stropodachu matami z wełny mineralnej, d) Wymiana okien i drzwi zewnętrznych. e) Poprawa sprawności systemu grzewczego z wykorzystaniem OZE. Szkoła Podstawowa nr 3: - Poprawa izolacyjności cieplnej przegród i szczelności starych okien i drzwi zewnętrznych. a) Ocieplenie ścian zewnętrznych styropianem, b) Ocieplenie stropodachu wentylowanego granulatem z wełny mineralnej, c) Ocieplenie stropodachu pełnego styropianowymi płytami dachowymi, d) Wymiana okien, luksferów. e) Poprawa sprawności systemu grzewczego z wykorzystaniem OZE. W ramach projektu zostaną zakupione 2 tablice informacyjno – pamiątkowe. Będzie również prowadzona informacja i promocja w formie bezkosztowej: na portalu internetowym Wnioskodawcy, na stronach internetowych szkół, w lokalnym radio, podczas spotkań z rodzicami w termomod.placówkach. Zostaną podane informacje w lokalnej prasie. W projekcie przewidziano także prace towarzyszące stanowiące koszt niekwalifikowany, które są konieczne do równoczesnego wykonania podczas prac termomodernizacyjnych. -Wnioskodawcą i beneficjentem jest Gmina Milanówek.
