The implementation of the project results from the diagnosis carried out for the purpose of the project in terms of the need to shape the competences of key students through maritime and nautical education, carried out in the educational establishments of the Municipality of Stegna in the months 4-6.2020. The project is addressed to 510 Students (U) (300D|210C), 20 Teachers (N) (15K/5M) from Stegna Rural Municipality, learners in: On the Amber Route in Mikoszewo, School Complex in Stegna, Primary School in Jantar, Primary School in Tujsk, School and Preschool Complex in Drewnica.The aim of the project is to improve the quality of general education by improving the competences of key pupils and their Pomeranian identity. Activities: extracurricular activities in the field of maritime and nautical education on mathematical, natural and linguistic subjects; professional counselling; use of modern teaching methods supporting teaching and learning processes; sailing activities; the sailing camp; educational trips; training of teachers in the field of maritime and sailing education, ICT classes. Sustainability and effects:-Improvement of further training opportunities for pupils in the field of maritime and sailing education, the possibility of free choice of school and, as a result, greater opportunities on the labour market; dissemination of modern methods and forms of teaching; improving academic performance; changing the beliefs of pupils and teachers about learning and teaching in a rural school; new working methods and knowledge obtained in the project can be used by teachers teaching subsequent years.Diagnosis has not shown barriers to participation in the Project and if they appear, the Project Team will take appropriate action. Realizacja projektu wynika z przeprowadzonej na potrzeby projektu diagnozy w zakresie potrzeby kształtowania kompetencji kluczowych uczniów poprzez edukacje morska i żeglarską, przeprowadzona w placówkach oświatowych Gminy Stegna w miesiącach 4-6.2020 r. Projekt skierowany jest do 510 Uczniów (U) (300D|210C), 20 Nauczycieli (N) (15K/5M) z Gminy wiejskiej Stegna, uczących się w: Szkole Podstawowej im. Na Bursztynowym Szlaku w Mikoszewie, Zespole Szkół w Stegnie, Szkole Podstawowej w Jantarze, Szkole Podstawowej w Tujsku, Zespole Szkolno-Przedszkolnym w Drewnicy.Celem projektu jest podniesienie jakości edukacji ogólnej poprzez podniesienie kompetencji kluczowych uczniów oraz ich pomorskiej tożsamości. Działania: zajęcia pozalekcyjne z zakresu edukacji morskiej i żeglarskiej o tematyce matematycznej, przyrodniczej i językowej; doradztwo zawodowe;wykorzystanie nowoczesnych metod dydaktycznych wspierających procesy nauczania i uczenia się; zajęcia żeglarskie; obóz żeglarski; wyjazdy edukacyjne; szkolenia nauczycieli w zakresie edukacji morskiej i żeglarskiej, zajęć z wykorzystaniem TIK. Trwałość i efekty:-poprawa dalszej możliwości kształcenia uczniów z zakresu edukacji morskiej i żeglarskiej, możliwość swobodnego wyboru szkoły, a w rezultacie większe szanse na rynku pracy; upowszechnienie nowoczesnych metod i form nauczania; poprawa wyników w nauce; zmiana przekonań uczniów i nauczycieli na temat nauki i nauczania w szkole wiejskiej; nowe metody pracy i wiedzę uzyskaną w projekcie nauczyciele mogą wykorzystać ucząc kolejne roczniki.Diagnoza nie wykazała barier udziału w Projekcie a jeżeli one się pojawią Zespół Projektowy będzie podejmował adekwatne działania.
